Publix Super Market at Saxon Crossings

We had to wait in line a few minutes longer as the cashier and the bagger helped an elderly lady check out. The cashier immediately informed us she would be right with us and than apologized and thank us for our patience. It did take a little longer as they had to check prices for the lady checking out. They were both so patience, friendly and helpful with the lady.

I love this Publix. I always find decent parking fairly quickly, the deli is to the far right when you enter the store which makes it very convenient. All the buy one get one free items are generally in the front for easy access. Restroom is also in the front of the store as well. Cashiers and customer service are very friendly, which makes your shopping experience even better. The deli is very well kept with a variety of delicious items with the bakery right near it. My overall rating for this Publix is great. Also located in the same plaza is Family dollar and Wendys, as well as a Chinese restaurant, Nail Salon and Hair Salon.

I hadn't been in this publix since it was converted from aldi. Wonderful store! Very bright, has a whole foods store kit kind of feel with lots of low shelves so u can see across aisles. Staff are friendly. Layout is quite different from other publix stores in deltona.

Very nice staff, helped me since I was visiting from out of town, find what I needed. (No store is ever the same) Very clean and well stocked.

The workers are always very kind and the store is clean. Fresh food, a lot of options and I'm never disappointed.

I will be getting my Publix subs here from now on. The staff were fast and efficient, and they cared. When the line got long they called to idle staff to jump in. After speaking with the store manager to compliment him I found out they were even working 2 people short. WOW!
My last few experiences getting a Publix sub at the 2 Publix I typically frequent(the one on Doyle Rd and and the one at the corner of Ft Smith and Courtland) had convinced me to gave up on what used to be my favorite subs. Those locations seem to constantly understaff the sub section, and the people that do staff it seem to be the slowest movers. Sorry but waiting half an hour for a sub is not for me. Especially when I see other staff standing around or stoking deli cases that are already 90% full.

Every employee at this store goes over and beyond to cater to your needs. I go to this store literally everyday. The store is always clean and items are easy to find.

Charleigh is god sent. She was extremely helpful during my visit tonight, went above and beyond for me and i’ll forever be thankful for it!!!

Traveling and stopped by to grab a bite and use the bathroom. One of my grandkids needed assistance that involved colostomy supplies. I told Tim about my concern and needing to address it. He 🥲 immediately went into help mode. He closed the ladies bathroom just so that i could lay her down with a pad underneath and clean her up. He was so nice, understanding and helpful. Another young lady (I didn’t get her name but she had pretty red hair). I was not feeling good as I was taking care of my grandchild. I sat down and needed something to drink. She went and got me a bottle of water- I paid for it because I didn’t want to get anybody in trouble. But I give this location a 5 ⭐ because of the caring attitude of the employees that stepped in to help me. Thank you Tim and to the other employee, thank you and may God bless you in every way..

Publix is hands down the best supermarket in Florida. You pay for it, don't get me wrong, but Bogos, fresh food, cleanliness, and my daughter loves the Mac and cheese. Keeps me coming back
