Went to the store into Deland to have an issue with my phone resolved. they were not able to do it. Came to this store and Carlos was able to fix my issues quickly and with a great attitude. Highly recommend coming to the store.

We switched from metro to T-Mobile a month ago. Have had nothing but problems with T-Mobile. after not being able figure out why we can’t use our phones for weeks they said it’s a metro problem. so we came to this location and spoke with Carlos. Even though he technically didn’t have to do anything for us, he figured out what T-Mobile did wrong so we can get the problem fixed. He was absolutely amazing. Really miss being with metro now.

Came in thinking we needed a new phone and thanks to Carlos at the SAXON store we now know we just need a fast lightning charger cable and box! So not only did he save us a ton of money but his customer service skills were awesome! I felt understood , comfortable and taken care of thank you metro team you guys are awesome!

I came into the store highly upset after my phone service was suspended for non payment of a 2nd line that was supposed to be removed over a month ago. I was unhappy to say the least. Carlos spoke to me with respect and courtesy and proceeded to resolve the issue. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend anyone with an issue to come to this store.

Very very pleased! They took care of us! They treated us with respect and listened to our request. They understood our needs as gamers that need high internet speeds. They talked to Metro management and brought down our rate when we were trying to leave Metro to find higher internet speeds. They really care. Carlos took excellent care of us!

Maria was amazing !! my 60 year old dad was at the one off of enterprise rd and KAYLA ( the store worker) was telling him that he had to buy a case to activate his plan!?? so i called this store off of saxon and SHE SAID OH NO COME TO MY STORE THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE !! MARIA DID HER THING AND WE WALKED OUT 20 MINS LATER HAPPY AND VERY SATISFIED !! please give maria a raise and fire kayla because she’s giving metro a bad bad reputation for trying to take advantage of customers for her own commission!!!!!

This store here Metro was the best store of all the stores have not seen the man that manager Carlos has to be commended for the excellent service that he has for the customers I will always stick with Metro with a man like this

Carlos is the man !!! He was able to fix my phone which was loaded with viruses. He worked on it for quite some time to be able to save me money that I didn't have. Never forcing me to buy a phone. Highly recommend coming to this store for A-1 customer service.
