Aisles one can actually walk down. Well stocked shelves with up to date merchandise. No expired foods. Clean store pleasant and friendly employees. I love Family Dollar.

I was so excited to see this store open, as it's less than a mile from my new home. I have been to this location 3 times. Each time I have gone, many items are out of stock. I'm hoping this is simply due to it being a new store. When sale shopping, just be sure you have the correct item. You may have to ask to ensure proper savings.

The new sales person (male) and the woman training him were very nice, 5 stars for them. The 2 is for the other short dark haired lady , I asked to use the restroom when I came in and that was before purchasing anything. She told me there was no rest room. (We all know that all Dollar Generals have restrooms.) So then I had to go all the way down the other end of the plaza to find a restroom and come back to make my $77.00 purchase I'm
70 and in good health, but I did find this to be inconvenient, I don't live in Deltona but stop to shop while I was waiting on an appointment in Debary. The dark haired shorter lady is a little rough around the edges. She needs to be more courteous to potential customers and know that not everyone is here to rip the Dollar General off.

Hopefully I have the right family dollar in Deltona FL, Very unprofessional staff. I've noticed that the manager and cashier does not greet certain customers when they enter the store. Also, the bathroom is never available to the public. But it's not a problem when public money is use to buy things in the store. I mean what if a person with a personal issue or disabled or even an older person comes in and have to use the bathroom, how would you feel if you were treated like that? Treat people like you want to be treated, here is the clerk 🙄🙄🙄

This location is one of the nicer Family Dollars, however I was locked in by the sole visible staff member at 9:50 (store closes at 10 on Friday) after she told several people trying to come in that they were closed. I believe it was the shorter employee mentioned in most of these poor reviews. I had to wait on her to come over and let me out, again before the marked closing time. I only wanted 1 item, and I didn't appreciate being rushed out without making my purchase because she couldn't bother working for another 10 minutes. This was my first visit, and I don't think I'll be back.

Terrible customer service I asked while shopping for a restroom, I was very rudely told by young lady working this morning I have to go elsewhere as they don't have a public restroom. I explained I am shopping and will leave my cart and and then continue shopping, was told I DON'T CARE

I had a bad experience today with the cashier (short and fat) who is unfriendly and when I asked for help with a cell phone charger she started to huff and was no help. I opened one of the boxes to check and see if it's the right one and upbraided me for opening the box. All I did was look inside. A customer who saw and heard offered to help. I bought it the right one but I can guarantee I will never return to this store. I know we have bad days but this was uncalled for.

The short tubby female with shoulder length hair is rude and not helpful and needs to be re trained or fried.
