Brett Hayse just completed roofs on 23 townhomes, (9 buildings) in our development. After checking references and reviews, Dan Elleson, project manager for Brett Hayse, was the reason we selected this roofing company over two others. He was totally involved communicating with our residents; filing insurance claims, meeting with insurance adjusters, educating and explaining and stayed involved with the work crew on and off all day every day. The workers were AWESOME. They put in 14 hour days in the heat at the end of May, June and 2 weeks in July. They worked continuously taking a break for lunch and for hydration, never once stopping to use a cellphone. It was like watching a well practiced orchestrated performance. The roofing crew cleaned up every scrap of debris DAILY… and when finished… it was seamless. NEVER saw harder workers!!! The entire experience far exceeded our expectations.. Because of Dan and Brett Hayse connections we were able to procure all the tiles(shingles) before a big price increase (4 tractor trailers full of tiles) and Dan found a nearby warehouse to store them. This was a huge project that I don’t think another company could have completed so seamlessly. BTW our roofs are top of the line materials, architectural shingles, beautiful and 30 year warranties. I highly recommend Brett Hayse for any roofing project.
PS…They have also done 12 single homes in our development because of the outstanding workmanship and homeowner satisfaction.

Brett Hayse Exterior Specialists did an Outstanding job replacing our wind damaged roof. From start to finish they were able to help with our insurance claim and arrange for our insurance adjuster to visit our home to inspect our damaged roof. Once the claim was approved they were able to start the process of scheduling our roof replacement. I would specifically like to thank Christian Riceman and David Keith for their expert help and attention to detail. Their knowledge and experience helped make this process proceed very smoothly. I have never had to replace a roof before and Brett Hayse made the entire process very easy. The company only uses the best shingles, (GAF Timberline HD shingles) for a beautiful finished look. I had a very positive experience with 30 Second roof quote. My POC, Evan Grant was very friendly, prompt, personable and professional. He explained the process in detail and followed progress on the work regularly. When the crew was late and the dumpster pick up behind, he made a point to check in with those individuals and keep things moving on time. The roof itself came out wonderfully and was complete within the day. Great service by Evan and quality work by the team!

Extremely happy with our recent roof replacement with Brett Hayse. Preston Williams was fantastic and I can't say enough about how much we appreciated working directly with him throughout the whole process. He is extremely personable, professional, and was consistently responsive to any questions/concerns we had throughout the process. From picking shingles to dealing with insurance issues to monitoring the jobsite, he made what could have been a complicated and somewhat stressful job seem simple. We used Brett Hayes because they did my son's roof replacement and they did a great job on his. We dealt with Matthew Davis. Mr. Davis was very professional and explained everything that would happen. He was excellent dealing with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company.

The crew that came and did the roof was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to do a great job. They were efficient and thorough. They finished the roof quickly and did a great job on clean up. We had a lot of yard ornaments and didn't even think to move them but the crew did so that nothing got broken. I can't say even great things about Mr. Davis the roofing crew and Brett Hayes. Preston Williams was phenomenal in organizing the job and dealing with the Insurance company. The crew that completed the job was efficient and installation looks great, as they were completed in less than 7 hours.

Our salesman, Adam, was great from the start. Once the process started Will Cooper was our main contact and he was awesome! He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process due to weather issues. Lino and Angel were absolutely awesome as well. Their crew got my roof finished and stayed until dark to ensure the job was completed and property cleaned up. Angel, Lino, and Will sent photos via text as the job progressed. Marissa in the office was very polite and Mrs. Hayse was an absolute pleasure to talk to as well. I highly recommend this company. They had their work cut out for them on my job. Pretty sure it’s not easy to rip off and replace a 115 year old cedar shingle roof with 4-5 layers of regular shingles on top of that and not a single piece of plywood underneath it. These guys were just incredible.

This is an outstanding company! Everything about our experience was positive. We worked directly with Preston Williams (sales rep), and everything about our experiences with him was fantastic. He is responsive, personable, and professional. He worked directly with our insurance company, and he was so extremely thorough that the insurance company had very few (if any) questions. From the time that we first talked with Preston until the time of job completion was about 10 days. The crew began early in the morning, and they completed the job in one day. The crew stayed behind and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. I literally think I picked up only two nails after the fact. The crew secured all outdoor lawn decor beforehand, and they put it back in place afterwards. They even asked if I was satisfied with the cleanup process before they left. My father-in-law used this company a couple of months ago, and he sings their praises, too! Preston has continued to be involved, even after the fact, to make sure we are pleased! This company is phenomenal!

I worked with David and Christian to replace the roof of my former house in Stone Mountain. My experience working with them was wonderful. They both were very professional. Their people skills are exceptional. They were very responsive with awesome communication skills. I am retired Army and this company found an awesome discount based on my military service! They arrived on time both for the assessment and the day of the actual work. They finished the work in one day! Had a person overseeing the contractors. Everyone cleaned up everything at the end of the day. Everyone was very respectful and kind. I had two small issues and as soon as Brett Hayse and his team found out, they addressed them immediately to my satisfaction! That's just top notch customer service! We had our roof replaced in March and have been very pleased with the whole process. Dan Ericksen was our contact and accurately pointed out that we had hail and wind damage. He worked with us and our insurance adjuster regarding our claim. The roofing crew did an excellent job and the ground crew kept the roofing debris picked up. The crew was prompt and got the job done in less than a day and one-half. We do not expect any problems but Dan said to let him know if there was any future concern.

I needed a new roof put on my home as the previous one was old. After reviewing the Internet for roofers I came across Brett Hayse. Based on the reviews I contacted them and they put me in touch with Adam Brown who was awesome in his professionalism. William was easy to work with and his professionalism is also on top. Adam gave me a quote which I felt was fair based on having a previous roof done in Florida buy a different company. From the moment I met the Sales Representative, Christian Riceman, and the Roofing Insurance Claim Inspector, David Keith, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable, and straight forward about the how the whole process would work. They even helped me get the claim started immediately.

On the day of the roof build, the Superintendent showed up early, and discussed the game plan with me. The crew was phenomenal. They came in, protected my property, removed the old roofing materials, installed the new roof, and cleaned up in one day. I was very impressed by all of them. Tyler stopped by and explained that he was canvassing the neighborhood for storm damage and recalled shingles. I had contacted my insurance a few months prior and was rejected for good cause. Tyler noted that there was more damage and shingles missing, and he recommended that we file a new claim. Long story short, the claim was accepted and the new roof was installed in a timely manner and with the support of the Hayes family. I got a full roof replacement from hail damage. Tyler did a great job working with me and the Insurance company. He went over everything that would be done. Tyler was very thorough. When the crew came to do the roof they were very professional and did a great job from removal to installation and finally cleanup.
