The store is clean and the staff is always helpful. I have been shopping there for some time and their rewards card gives a good discount off your grocery bill. There isn't much that I haven't been able to find. Produce is always fresh, meats are always a good cut, store and restrooms are clean. Rewards from the card carry over to the gas pump, which helps as well. Overall, one of the better stores to shop in our area of Gainesville.

One of the largest grocery stores I've ever been in. TONS of vegan / plant-based items. Cupcakes and discounted popcorn chicken for example.

Kroger is a grand store and has a lot of different things, it also has items for you that you didn't even know that you wanted until you have seen the items. The best part are that you may pay just a bit more but the quality and quantity is definitely well worth it.

Love Our Kroger Marketplace. It has high , medium and low priced priducts. A large variety of most everything.

Amazing Kroger! It is so updated, clean and offers more than the typical Kroger. It not only has the higher end offering of groceries, but also has clothing, baby items, patio furniture and a jewelry store.

Love this Kroger, It's so big and roomy. Perks are great too!

Staff is always going above and beyond to help us and they also have a GREAT selection of ready to eat foods. We shop here often!

I have been coming to this Kroger since last year. I am very impressed. It is a far cry from the dingy, and unfriendly ones in Savannah. The one in Dalton used to be my favorite, so much so I would go to it years later when I was in town. However, the staff is so sweet and attentive. The young adults that work here are some of the best young people you will meet. The adults are just as helpful.If you get a chance please go see Allen in the deli. I was having a rough day totally unrelated to anything here and fumbled a bit in my awkward way but out of nowhere he took 5 minutes to just have a conversation with me about nothing and lift the curse it has felt like has been on me. As an aside Hall County EMS and their firefighters are frequently in here and not too hard on the eyes...they will always cheer you up just be good to them they are amazing men. Another wonderful thing is they have a security guard who is very nice so you can feel safe shopping here

Great marketplace that offers a large selection other than groceries. Absolutely love shopping here. Always clean and organized as well as affordable. Associates are nice and attentive. Check out is usually smooth due to being staffed properly.

Best kroger ever the cleaners are just really rude . I come there a lot on my breaks from wrong almost always meeting a cleaner in the bathroom .

Very clean, very large. Employees are very helpful. This was my first experience inside a "Super Kroger" and it definitely didn't disappoint. Prices are always great, sales are frequent and you can find unusual items that most grocers don't carry.

Busy location during lunch. This location is huge but I was able to find everything for my recipe without traveling to Whole Foods. Service is excellent. They have two six station checkouts which speeds up shopping.

Clean and well organized. Great store. I was wandering one time and a man approached me with a big smile on his face. It was the mgr and he was out greeting customers, shaking hands, laughing and smiling. They also have a Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating..

Great Kroger, customer service is always helpful, well laid-out, the housewares section makes it nice to be able to pick up some kitchen gadget I needed; prices on these items are reasonable. Staff is happy to order most anything they don't stock. This is a great store; much better model than Walmart & better prices to boot, not to mention a nicer shopping environment.

It was great I actually went through the self-serve and one of my products did not have the number on it for me to put in so I had to have the little girl come over and she was very helpful she got me through a matter of fact they were something on the screen that reminded me that I needed a child a squash and they carry them and she's held on to my buggy after I paid and let me go see if they had anything they was out but that was very nice of her to hold on to my buggies where I didn't have to carry it all the way through the store again because I was busy but yeah it was it was very pleasant

Charlene is at customer service is so kind and very helpful. I went in the store 2 times and she did Awesome job at customer service
