I have very little computer knowledge, but Frank at Live-Tech is helpful explaining things to me. Live-Tech has many services they are able to provide to make things simpler. When support is needed Live-Tech is a phone call away!!

I've been receiving computer I.T. support with Frank of Live-Tech since 2018. The service has been excellent and very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I've always been able to reach Frank, via phone, text and email, getting back to me same day on urgent matters, otherwise, generally within one business day. The work has been via secure remote computer logins, with resolution of my problems. He has helped me with computer performance, printer and scanner off line problems. He has also made recommendations for computer upgrades and rebuilding my current computer. Besides the professional I.T. component, I've have always felt very comfortable with his friendly demeanor and without hesitation, recommend his services.

Live-Tech is the most knowledgeable of any IT company I have ever had experience with. They devoted and spent their time above and beyond to assist with all our MANY issues we had. I would highly recommend them for any IT issue you should ever encounter.

Our company has been utilizing the services of Live-Tech for over eight years. They support our server and the many computers in our office as well as several computers in our home. I don't know what we would do without them. Frank and Ludy are always so helpful in taking care of all of our IT problems. Besides the general maintenance of our server and computers they are always ready to help with the connection and maintenance of our printers and scanners. They have restored some of our very old computers that have literally been at "death's door". They also have supported our phone system and have set us up to take calls remotely when we are working in locations outside of our main office. We are always calling them for one thing or another and they are always ready to help no matter how big or how small the problem. Any products that we have bought from Live-Tech have been installed in our system with lessons on use. As far as I am concerned Live-Tech is the best there is. I would not think of going anywhere else for our technological needs.

I have been working with Frank with live tech for about 3 years or more. They have been very helpful for me since I am computer iliterate to a certain point and sometimes need step by step instructions to get thru what he is trying to get me to do. He and his crew have saved me time and computer space as well as dollars each time I speak with them. There is never a wait time as they answer immediately. If they have to call you back, its within 5 - 10 minutes if not then they will email you as to when they will contact you.
I would recommend them highly as this support team is the real thing.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Live Tech. I had a very difficult issue with my hp printer and it was resolved by Live Tech. That was a test and Live Tech passed the test with 5 stars. Good job.

Live-Tech: Some of the best advice I received was to contact this company for my computer needs!! I am of "the older generation" that did not grow up with computers and altho I am comfortable with the simple pleasures of using the computer, I often get myself in trouble and am at a complete loss with getting back on track. Having Live -Tech is one of the best spent money I can have as help is minutes away. A live person takes over and my problems are handled with skill and with a pleasant and wonderfully cheerful manner. I HIGHLY recommend this company .I could not be more pleased !!!!!!!

Professional, patient, courteous, efficient & great service. Frank took care of me and walked me though how to remote access and then, BOOM. He took the reigns, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, recommended anti virus program to ensure system runs optimally. He has been my go to guy since 2008 personally and now, with my own contracting company, professionally!! Perhaps someday I will make it to the brick & mortar store but until then, good to know Frank is always there!!

Live-tech is always there to help me with all my tech needs. Not sure what we would do without them.

I have a small company that keeps me very busy. I am not in a position to have something go wrong with any of my software or hardware. I've been utilizing Live-tech services for almost a year now and have never been more confident with the service I receive..24 hours a day 7 days a week someone is there for me.. Thanks Live-tech.

Been to the shop several times now. Had 2 computers I needed cleaned and sped up as well I needed some adapters for my home entertainment setup. They know much more then I have come to expect from stores lately. Was very impress and happy. Live-Tech I will be back next time I need something :) thx :)

Excellent source for computer questions:
I was having a lot of problems with my HP Laptop and a friend of mine told me of Live-tech and I was totally impressed. Not only were they able to fix my problems but also advised how to prevent any additional issues going forward.

Experienced staff, VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They REALLY know their stuff. There was not a question they were stumped on. Networking, Computers, even tablets and cell phones
Got screwed over by many other "wanna be" techs before I found them. Just go there from the get go and get it fixed right the first time

Live-Tech is great they have head phones wireless bluetooth speakers laptops and many other items way cheaper than many stores. Great place to go also for any computer issues
