Publix Super Market at Dupont Lakes Center

Publix, although all your employees are the best in service, gold star, one in particular stood out for me the other day. Rollin, you are the best ever! No matter what I needed, he helped me get it. Being handicapped I couldn't find a scooter. He drove one over to me, couldn't find a product, he not only located it but took me right to it! He was so pleasant, like I was the only customer in the store that day! So thank you, Publix, for your wonderful employees!

The Assistant Bakery Manager always greets me in such a pleasant manner. She always has a smile on her face, even when dealing with difficult patrons. Omlie goes above and beyond for everyone. She is a very dynamic person. Patrick the Grocery Manager is such a wonderful gentleman. Always asks if there is anything that he can help me find. He always has a smile on his face. He certainly appears to enjoy his job. I can always find him for anything that I can't find. He has even gone into the back area to get a few things that I needed. I must say that the Store Manager is not a very pleasant person at all. Regarding the three times that I had to speak to her, she was very nasty, rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. I don't go to her anymore. I try to avoid her. If I need anything, I just find Patrick and he takes care of any problems that I may have. I do very much appreciate him.

Very nice and clean store. The deli as well organized and super clean great customer service employees are very knowledgeable and upbeat. And if you have any questions they are more than happy to answer. I love that they take their time and not make you feel rushed great job, Deltona Publix.

Bakery went above and beyond what we expected for our little boys special 3rd birthday cake!! It was so delicious, soft and beautifully put together! Thank you for making his day extra special! The smiles said it all!

I have 3 Publixs that are close to my house, this is the farthest away but I drive to this one cuz it's the best and has A LOT of stuff the other Publixs don't have. And the ppl in meat department are especially awesome. Very helpful and nice.

We travel to get to this Publix from Deland to Deltona, best pharmacists, pleasant cashiers, and staff always willing to go the extra mile for the customer 😀

Well with the only other options we're the w and the d and bk we opted for a sandwich from publix and wow it was good and I am sure the turkey breast with all the veggies was a pleasant surprise

The employees are always nice and helpful, very delicious cooked meals and good quality produce/meat. Publix stores in general are pricey, but because of it, the experience shopping there is much better than some other stores. This store is clean and well organized, they always have most things in stock. It's our go-to store.

Store was clean. Staff were nice. Not very busy so in and out.

Love coming to this publix. They always have options for quick on the go from the hot foods that way you don't have to wait and if I'm ordering something bigger like family meals I usually call it in when I'm on my way and the staff will have it ready. Everyone here is great 👍
