AT&T Store

I would like to start off by saying that each visit I take to the store, I never have any issues. Tony was amazing and very helpful and funny. I came in to upgrade my phone from a 13 pro max to the 14 and he just automatically knew my color for the phone and cases (purple). He has so much patience and I appreciate every moment that I was there with my husband. If you need any type of help, I say go to Tony. He will help you every step of the way.

Had a good experience. I get nervous whenever going in to check on any of my devices with a feeling I’m going to be sold up on stuff.
Manuel was very helpful and explained so much as I’m not techy whatsoever. Very patient. Overall a really good experience and great customer service.

I have been a customer for a month and had come in for switching phone companies and purchasing a data plan. Not only was the staff knowledgeable with products and services their customers service was stupendous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was good with productsand services. It was the first time I never felt sold to. They understood my needs and showed me what was available to me which was everything! I will recommend this store to everyone. Signed satisfied customer!

Alia was phenomenal and so was her teammate who answered all her questions she had. Came in at 6:30pm and they were both busy with customers. They couldn’t help me until 7pm which is when they close. Alia patiently worked after hours to help me wrap up my device trade in and I’m extremely grateful for it. Great customer service!

Was in on Saturday, due to SPRINT IN ORANGE CITY completely misleading us on a plan that was not correct at all!!!! I will say after walking into AT&T on Elkcam I was very pleased with the service, I must say BEST I have had in a long time. They explained in every detail what to expect on my bill. This to me, is a huge plus, because a lot of sales places will just tell you what you want to hear, not this store they completely made sure my husband and I knew what to expect so no surprises on the bill! I am very pleased with Holly, Greg, Jameson?, and Terry. I hope I got all the names of the employees right, sorry if I didn't, but Great job guys, this is what keeps customers happy and you sure helped us and we are greatly appreciative of that!

Great Service The Best Store Ever

We went to the AT&T store on Howland Blvd. and was lucky enough to have Victor help us with the set- up for the IPhone 11 ProMax. Victor set up my phone, installed the updates and we were on our way. Victor is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and very friendly. Thank you for having such an excellent employee working for you.

My Sim card wasn't working. They were able to find and fix my problem I'm no time at all. It was very appreciated after a long day at work. Thank you

A big thank you to Greg for taking extra time to get me set up with my new iPhone 11 pro! This gentleman stayed later than closing time to help me get into this phone.
He took his time and explained everything in detail with upgrading from my Galaxy S8. This location has an excellent staff and manager and I will recommend everyone to this location!

Chris was beyond amazing! We walked in frustrated because we could not get our third phone ordered and activated after two weeks of trying. Chris took the time to try every avenue. I hope Att knows they were on the verge of losing a new customer until Chris swooped in and saved the day! Thanks again Chris for the awesome customer service!

First I called the store to see if it was still open, and received an answer from Larry who offered me a positive welcoming vibe. Once I was there I received a warm welcome from Greg and Jamison who even offered me a bottle of water! Overall, the service was excellent and comfortable.
