Nicola was there for us when we needed her. We moved to Florida because of my husband's job and the idea of buying a house was daunting to us. We knew nothing about the area but with her as our guide we felt we were in good hands. She always responded to our many, many questions in a reasonable amount of time. However, what we liked most was that she was informative but never pushy in our decision making. She offered us options and things to consider but never pressed us to buy right away. She was friendly, down to earth, made time for us, listened, and accommodated our requests.

Nicola Hughes was introduced in 2012. I needed to purchase another home in 2019. There is no other realtor I would consider using. Nicola is professional an your interests and concerns are hers. She is honest in her opinions an thoughts an provides options an is constantly looking out for her buyer/seller. Nicola becomes a part of your family the moment you meet her. She works 150% for her clients.

Pamela helped me every step of the way which as a first time Home buyer was a godsend. Always friendly and helped connect me to several people along the way that were all as equally friendly, knowedgable, and capable. Incredible realtor! 10/10 recommend! She definitely knows her stuff and can tell what you like before you even say it! I only saw three houses with her, and her negotiating skills with the seller was better than I could have imagined! She was also flexible in scheduling appointments to see houses with me as well!

Recently purchased our first home. We had done a little reading online, but we knew that much of the info we had was outdated or just third hand information that may or may not be accurate. Pam cleared up misconceptions and guided us through the process, she was always prompt and accurate when responding to questions.

We are UK nationals buying a home in the US for the 4th time so we have some understanding of the process,. Nicola's service went far beyond the standards of the past. She works with you takes the time to understand what you want then goes for it, very professional, very like able, could not have done more. Comms were great working with the time difference can be a problem but not this time.
