Wow. Top notch experience from Piedmont Roofing. I don’t think I could’ve asked for better service. From the consultation to the implementation everything was quick, seamless and affordable! The representative showed up the next day and was not a “sales” guy but a knowledgeable team leader. Then, the crew showed up EARLY to start. I was shocked to find out the crew leader had been working with the company for 17 years. Many of the guys on the crew have been with him for a long time. I’ve never seen this before! The team took quick breaks and the job was done half a day early!

Very positive experience with Piedmont Roofing, Chris was able to get his crew out within 24 hours to fix our roof after a tree limb had fallen into our roof/attic. His team was the most clean crew I have seen among other roofers, even chopped up some firewood and cleaned/blew our entire roof free of leaves and debris and did a fantastic job to get everything fixed. Price was very reasonable as well, so would very recommend to others and would use again!

I had an excellent experience with Piedmont Roofing from start to finish! I received several quotes before making the decision and felt most confident with Piedmont. Chris was very thorough with the assessment, addressed all my concerns and gave me various options to move forward. I really appreciated getting the quote during the initial walk-through and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and involvement with the process (not just a sales guy). I had my roof and gutters replaced as well as soffit and fascia repairs completed. I was kept up to date on everything throughout the installation. They were very professional and courteous. We recently used Piedmont Roofing Company to replace the shingles on our roof. They did a fantastic job! They were able to come and inspect our roof to provide an quote within a few days of us contacting them, and they were able to come out and replace our roof the next week.

They coordinated the drop off of the materials and the drop off and pick up of the dumpster. The area around our house was completely cleaned after they replaced the roof (they even left it cleaner than when they arrived!). The entire process was very transparent, and the price was very fair for the service we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or installation services.

From start to finish my experience with Piedmont Roofing company was incredible! Chris and the whole team is so helpful and thorough. I knew exactly what was happening, how long it was all going to take and what types of products were being used. Everything was incredibly affordable too! I had gotten several quotes and even with some add-ons this was the most affordable quote I received. Recently my wife and I had the "pleasure" of buying a new roof. We had an absolutely terrific experience with The Piedmont Roofing Company which we ultimately selected. With such a big and important purchase we received quotes from a number of companies, but ultimately focused on Quality and Trustworthiness. We could just tell from all of our interactions with them him how genuinely interested in us and our satisfaction they truly were. The communication throughout the process from the initial consult and estimate, to the final product and color selection and most importantly throughout the install was fantastic. I always felt informed, empowered to speak up and share thoughts and their team was very proactive and quick to respond. Finally, the team took great care of our house, protecting it with prep, cleaning any marks from falling old shingles falling and a very thorough final walk-through fixing/ cleaning up any small things we saw while looking for any imperfections. Overall, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend these guys.

We needed to have some repairs done to our roof. We explained the situation to our contact, Dave Holloman. He immediately came back with a solution for the problem as well as a price. We had them proceed with the repairs. The gentlemen that came out to do the repairs was on time, very professional, and made the repairs. When it is time for a new roof, we will definitely be calling Piedmont Roofing Company. I would highly recommend them to handle all of your roofing needs.

Had a leak coming through skylight. Contacted Piedmont and next morning Sergio was at our house and repaired the roof and fixed the leak. Prompt and honest service. Quality wood work removing skylight and replacing water damaged areas. Will definitely use next time we have a roofing issue.

Piedmont Roofing Company promptly repaired my roof with care and professionalism. The roofing crew was hardworking and detail-oriented. Chris did a thorough inspection before preparing his quote and gave me a couple different repair options to choose from. When one component of the project required a change in scope, PRC went above and beyond to ensure that I deemed the adjustment to be fair. I am happy I went with PRC and I will call PRC again for any of my future roofing needs.

Piedmont Roofing gave us a great price and no-nonsense options for replacing our roof. They showed up when they said they would, did a very professional job, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

We had an unforeseen roof/deck issue at the house we were hoping to close on which prevented the bank from allowing our loan to go through until it was corrected. Chris came to see the issue on a Saturday (!) and had a very knowledgeable and capable gentleman named Sergio at the house on Monday. The problem was fixed in 4 hours thus allowing us to close. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone with roof issues.

I was blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality of work demonstrated by Piedmont. It seems harder and harder to find a good honest company that stands behind their work these days (let alone a roofing company..) but Piedmont is just that! I can not recommend them enough!

I recently had my roof replaced through an insurance claim. Chris and his team were extremely responsive and did a great job. They had the old roof off and the new one on within 14 hours of starting.

We had a recent roof leak during one of the multiple storms that hit everyone this year, and Piedmont Roofing sent someone out the VERY next day (even though it was a wknd) to patch up the leak area. And upon further analysis (which we knew already), recommended we probably ought to look into installing a new roof as it was the original roof of about 20 yrs.

When it came time for the team to come out, they sent material over within hours of deciding on which shingle we wanted to go with.

And then the very next day got to WORK - IMMEDIATELY!!
Because we are all working from home at the moment (due to covid), we heard how quickly and diligently they were working.
I’m pretty sure outside of a brief lunch break, they didn’t stop until maybe 45 min or so after the sun went down.

And then they came back to finish the job early the next morning were astounded by how quickly and professionally things were operating.

We are so pleased with how it all turned out.

We now have a gorgeous, strong and new roof over our heads!

Cannot recommend this team and company enough!
