Came by to get a new fob for our Nissan 2015. Staff was friendly, and manager explained the positives and negatives of programming a key fob. He proceeded to try after we agreed. Chris tried to sync the fobs. It just didn't work. Tried changing batteries and a multiple if other options to try. The keyfob would not work. 5 stars for courtesy and effort!! Store is very clean and organized.

There is something about an Ace Hardware that is just a fun experience to enter. I like the big home improvement stores also, but an Ace like this one has things they don't, is smaller and easier to find things, and has unexpected things like knives and extensive BBQ supplies that make it fun to look around in. And I found some things I had been looking for over a year!

I like this Ace Hardware. It has a good mix of old school hardware store and some newer specialty products like smokers and BBQ smoking accessories. Never had a problem finding what I needed here and customer service is good. Also, good place to grab firewood for a decent price!

Very helpful staff...they have most items for home jobs that the big competitor has. ACE staff are very accommodating and personal with customers. Something you don't see with the bigger stores. They always give my military discount also even when I forget to inquire about it. Get in and get out. Support our local businesses.

Very helpful staff to help me find just what I needed, like yard waste bags, flower seeds and a Sweetgum ball/walnut picker-upper. Also a great place for plants and pant. The staff was very friendly, and this is a convenient location. It is also a good place to go to make keys.

Ace Hardware provides a professional level of service that is hard to find at some of the larger home improvement stores. The staff is always willing to help with projects, whether it's offering advice on a do-it-yourself project or helping to load heavy items into a customer's car. They also have a wide selection of products, making it easy to find what you need for your home improvement project. In addition, Ace Hardware frequently offers sales and discounts, making it even more affordable. For these reasons, Ace Hardware is my go-to store for all my home improvement needs.

I'm more of a fan of a more streamlined outlay of hardware store focusing on the core hardware business rather than a mega mart all things to all men store where it takes me 10 to 20 minutes just to find basic things. So to that end I found a friend in this store.
I like that it was not crowded. I'm not saying they did not have music piping through some speakers but if it was it was so that I did not remember it and for that I am thankful. I just want to get what I want and go. I am not looking for a theme park experience with all kinds of photos of people perpetrating real tradesmen that actually make a living in the trades industry, not sure what all that fluff has to do with buying hardware; and again this store shines in its lack of such showmanship.
Simple plain basic hardware store works for me and again I thank this store's owner(s).
I know the people love the mega theme park stores but for me I love the step back into the classic hardware store.

If there was just a store that had a hard focus on trade specific professional hardware distribution with a warehouse layout of equipment with specialty hardware with just the inventory, protection from the rain, heating for the winter, and cooling for the summer , and also clean bathrooms that is really all I personally need, but with the success of the mega stores I guess I'm just too simple and in an extreme minority of people. But I'm thankful that at least this store still exists.

If you love to shop local or kick it more old school, Ace is the Place. This particular Ace is owned by Art Specialities, next door. Bear in mind that all Aces are individually owned, therefore returns will have to be to the store purchased from.
What they don’t have on hand, they will order for you! Great customer service. Good selection- actually carry more spray paint than big orange. Many nice home detail items not found in the larger box stores.

Ace always has cool stuff. Plants looked healthy and great variety, propane was filled quickly. Great variety of spices and pellets for smoking.

Great service for a hardware store. Multiple people offered to help. Unlike Big Orange or Red stores, these guys treat you like family. Typically well stocked but if they are out of something they will order it for you as they did for me today. If you need a propane tank filled they are a better value as the tanks out of the cages are only 70 - 80% full. Compare Apples to Apples. Recently purchased a grill. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Customer service is top tier. Originally purchased a grill from HD. They took forever to ship the grill and once it arrived, it was the wrong item. Saw an advertisement that Ace provided free setup and delivery for grills so we decided to give them a chance. Delivery was on time. The store communicated with me every step of the way. They have definitely earned some future business from me.

Edit* I also want to add that it was this local store that delivered the item. It was not an outside, third party, who provided delivery. That made a huge difference with the customer service and quick delivery.
