Revising review: I came here on my motorcycle with my backpack and they wouldn't let me in the store unless I left the backpack up front. Obviously with a lot of expensive stuff in there I'm not going to give it to a random stranger and I can't exactly leave it on my bike so I had to talk to the manager who eventually got a nice employee named William to escort me back so I can buy some super glue. Kind of wish they wouldn't have singled me out because of the backpack but I do understand that theft is common and they're doing what they need to to prevent it.

The manager was extremely polite and understanding and I'll just make a mental note to not come here when I'm on my bike. Happy easter!

I don't know why it has the 1 star review, when I went there, I was just happy to know that a dollar store. I bought like 50$ worth of stuff and didn't have an issue and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Hope to see the place to get better reviews

I’m thrilled to have a Dollar Tree combo store so convenient to my home. Everything is kept up and well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I give this dollar tree a high score because they had a better stock of items than other dollar trees I’ve been to

Located in plaza off busy street. Plenty of parking. This place is a 2 in 1. It’s dollar tree and family dollar. When you enter the store dollar tree is on one half of the store with family dollar on the other. Clean and good customer service.

One day I stopped by and the store was closed in the day time. No sign or anything as to why the store was closed. I stopped by again today the girl told me the store was closing at 6:15 pm. It was 6 pm! Not enough time to shop for anything. I am not sure what their hours are because they are random.

Yikes visited this dollar tree/family dollar today at 7:50 and they said they were closed. This is the second time I’ve been to the store and they haven’t adhered to store hours. The staff is very unprofessional. The girl with the low fade blonde hair is completely spacing out when customers speak to her. I asked what time they close she said “look it up on the website”. Yikes.

They also abide only by family dollar return and exchange policy. Yes! Even if it’s from dollar tree inventory. I took my items and was told no returns or exchanges. Then took them to a different fully dollar tree and was able to exchange no questions asked.Just save the time and go to Kroger, Walmart or other value big box stores

This place is a nightmare if you need a quick last minute necessity and you google it thinking they are close and open. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT. Sometimes they lock the door right in front of you like they did to the two young ladies trying to enter at 7:59pm , when they are suppose to close at 10pm. Just very unprofessional.they hide reviews as well.

My compliant is from the interaction that I had with the Manager, Danielle and two of the other employees when I asked for assistance returning a item that didn't hold up to the quality in which I thought it would have. This team of employees doesn't seem to have been trained on how to communicate to customers, nor do they know what the return policies are that are on the website. I had my receipt and they would not allow me to return the item because it was open. I purchased the Family Dollar version of swiffer wipes but the wipes were completely dry. I went to the store to exchange them or even pay for another box, however the three staff members told me that even with the receipt, I couldn't exchange the product or get a refund. The young lady with the long dreadlocks even tried to dumb me down by telling me that "If I didn't think I would be happy with the product, then I shouldn't have purchased it". I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I even called a different store to ask a manager if this was policy and I was told that they were supposed to give me a refund as long as I had my receipt. I will get my money back and have cpontacted Corporate in VA and NC! I do not recommend shopping at this location due to the lack of customer service and the lack of common sense of the staff.
