Lighthouse Express Car Wash

I receive incredibly great service each time I get my car cleaned at Lighthouse Express. I got my car detailed and really felt like I drove off the new car lot. I like that they have the Unlimited Wash Club, it's something I would consider if I didn't live so far. However, I will get my truck washed and detailed there whenever I'm in the area and needing the service for my truck. Brain and his team are really, really good people to know.

One of the absolutely best spot in the area and not just for the automatic car wash but for detailing as well. Robert definitely is the man to see if you have a vehicle that needs extra attention.

For 4 times per month, Fast and thorough car wash, free vacuuming, $10 monthly membership. Few months later... Lost my shared Express Wash card and they replaced it for free and upgraded my car was for that day. Always great experience there.

I been coming to this car wash for years. I’m doing a review now because I’m happy to say that it is a Tesla friendly car wash. If you know anything about owning a Tesla you know there are plenty of Facebook groups that will have you terrified to bring your car to an automatic car wash like this place. But our vehicle was filthy and it was cold so I was not about to hand wash this car. Pulled up and asked a staff member if they’ve had other Tesla owners visit and he assured me that our car will be just fine. Happy to say from the pictures here as you see that this place is a great option if you are one of those Tesla owners fearful of coming to an automatic car wash. We have the bigger black on black rims and tires and there was no scratches or streaks anywhere on the car.

Great car wash for what it is. $8 for the basic car wash. They offer towels/glass cleaner, they have the air compressor thing, they have the machine to clean your floor mats for free, and the offer vending for air fresheners and other cleaning products. Just really great, affordable and everything you need. I went to a different carwash place a few weeks ago, charged more money and only had the vacuum, nothing else. Also this place has 2 size vacuum nozzles, skinny and large. It's perfect.

It was easy to drive up use the machine to pay for my wash and come out with a sparkling clean car! Robert was very helpful from the start. He informed me about the unlimited wash monthly rate and that I could upgrade for $2.99 more. I did not get the upgrade this time but I sure will next time.
I had lost the key to my car. I believe I sat it down and during the process of cleaning out my car I accidentally threw it in the trash or worst vacuumed it up. I went over to Robert and he immediately handled the situation. He looked in my car. He turned off the vacuum cleaners went through the vacuum canister. When my key still didn't turn up, he literally dug his hand in the trash until he found it! This is true consumer service. I am grateful for his helping hand.

Favorite car wash in Gwinnett and Lawrenceville specifically. Been a satisfied customer for 7 years. They recently upgraded their car wash brushes and equipment so it is much smoother ride than before even though it was never uncomfortable to drive thru. They have free towels free air freshener now free air for tires free towels free floor mat cleaner free paper towels free all purpose cleaner and free compressed air! So much free stuff and 9.99 / month for unlimited car washes. Best deal in town. They recently added a family plan. We have 4 cars on the unlimited wash club at lighthouse car wash and only spend a small amount each month. Cheap car wash but high quality and friendly customer service by all staff. They are adding a shampoo mat cleaner for a small fee but it is much cheaper than 35 express detail to shampoo so it is worth it and great deal. They do full auto detailing so I may get a detail here for our family cars. Lighthouse express car wash is the BEST car wash in town! 5 stars

Great customer service. Came in on a Tuesday, closing time, wanted full detail and got the service done right away. Usually when there is only one persons they do not do full detail, attendant asked manager and both did a full detail on my car, clean towels, top of the glass cleaner! Will definitely be coming back!!

I love this car wash. Great, powerful vacuums, which is a major time saver, and they have 2 different attachments so I can get into tight corners.
Also very helpful, friendly staff.
Car wash gets my car clean, dry, and spotless, even without having to spend time wiping the car afterwards. I can just focus on cleaning the interior.
Plus it's right next to Aldi so I can knock out 2 errands at the same time.

Went in today and went through the wash, loved it so much I had to get a month membership. Customer service was excellent and the vacuum area is clean and organized

I have been a member for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and you seriously can’t beat the price. I am able to get my car washed once a day if I want to and I am typically in and out in five minutes if I don’t stay to vacuum. There are also tons of vacuum stations so there is always one open if I do decide to. I can’t say enough good things about this car wash and the membership they offer. It is so affordable and 100% worth it.

Love this car wash!!! I work across the street and Drive through about once a week. The owner is a very kind and a very hard working man. Every time I visit, I watch how much time is spent on brushing my car before entering and every time I can’t help but think, how if more people took pride in their jobs and businesses how successful they really would be. This small car wash has so much business and so many good reviews because the owner takes pride in his business, his employees, and his customers.

These people and this place are the absolute best. They have a great & diverse team. Well They allowed me to pressure wash my weather mats and that was very nice of them.. and then I locked my keys and phone in the car and they allowed me to use the phone. They found numbers and eventually the manager came and they opened my car no locksmith no fees just amazing customer service. The team that day was truly awesome. Keep up the great work guys. My go to for sure!!!

I have dealt with Lighthouse since early 2018. These people care about their clients. I had a problem. The assistant manager Robert was great to deal with. He had my problem resolved in a couple of hours, and the owner Brian called me back with the solution. Robert had explained my concern clearly, and Brian resolved it. Nice to get good service these days and times.

Their location is very convenient, right beside Aldis and near Discount tire on Scenic Highway. The facility has always been kept very clean, and the vacuum and supplies are always working properly. The automated car wash does a great job cleaning and waxing my Honda Odyssey, They offer an annual purchase, which I find a real bargain being on a budget provides me with an excellent value plus keeps my vehicle nice and clean.

I highly recommend this business not only for the quality product they provide but for the friendly service they provide

They are always super friendly! I've been coming here for over a year now. They are always willing to help, even if it something simple as spraying off car mats. Love their unlimited monthly wash plans. They are great value! Was on the $10 a month plan and upgraded to $20 wash club to get tire shine and rain x. My parents are on the $10 a month unlimited wash club.

Had an excellent experience at Lighthouse Car Wash. The staff are awesome and very friendly. I love the car wash and how generous they are with the suds. Other places skimp on the soap in the wash, but not here!

Their monthly membership is also really awesome and a great deal. I will definitely be back soon and often to keep my car looking good.

I had my car detailed here and Brian did a phenomenal job! His customer service is unmatched. He is very friendly, professional and efficient. Their unlimited monthly car wash deal is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back again when I am in the area.
