HUUUUGE fan of dsw.com, and have dropped thousands on the website over the years. This was my first time in an actual DSW store after moving close to one. Out of all the pairs I've ordered online, I had to make a return for a pair that didn't fit. (That was my fault, because they were for women...) The store is spacious and the staff is super friendly. They took my return, sold me a new pair, and gave me a gift card for the difference. I'll be back soon!

One of my favorite places to go and to shop online. They always have affordable trendy clothes and if you join their reward program you receive cash rewards to purchase more shoes.

It's a good shoe store. It doesnt have the biggest discount selection compared to their other locations, but the pricing on their regular selection is fair. The location is great spot to stop, shop, and eat at any one of the really good restaurants at the Shoppes at Web Gin.

They are patient and show gr8 customer service. The shoe selection is enough to find something that u like. Good place to shop.
