I LOVE this American Eagle! The customer service is top notch, and the store is very clean and organized. My favorite place to shop for my teenage daughter.

Associate helped me find the right jeans for me. Can't remember her name for the life of me but I told her my issues with fit after trying on several pairs and she recommended the "curvy" fit and helped me find my perfect size. They didn't have the long length in my size so she ordered it for me. I'm so glad I went here I've never had a pair of jeans fit me better than these

I went into the store to make a return from a purchase online. The employees were great. They require a mask be worn and will provide you with a disposable mask if you don’t have one. The process was fast and easy. The woman doing the return was very patient as my daughter kept running away and I had to keep leaving the counter. This will definitely be my go to store in the future.

This was My FIRST visit here. They are expensive for me but they had a clearance I could afford with GREAT options. Staff was nice and professional.
I asked about discounts and it was explained that the more you bought is how you get rewards but I could get 20% off with applying for a credit card. Honestly I went with my daughter who is coming home after 9 years and this is her store. I like the colors and atmosphere. I'm Not sure if the pants are life long for 60.00 like levis. Now I'm familiar with that brand.

It appears that staff is fully equipped to handle customers during COVID-19 times. Masks are required and provided to customers who do not have their own. Clothes are sanitized near firring rooms. Employees are friendly and attentive.

The aerie location that I generally go to closed, so I drove 40 minutes to try this location out and am very happy that I did. The staff was super nice and helpful, and I found exactly what I was looking for!
