I have really sensitive skin so typically just get a polish change on my toes and rarely a full pedicure. Long story short, there was a misunderstanding, I ended up getting a pedicure, and my legs had a bad reaction to one of the products. (It’s my skin, not the products). Ann could tell I was frustrated and made sure that she did what she could to help and made sure I left happy. Thank you!!!

Wow, what an awesome first-time experience. I called to see if they could give me a pedicure during my lunch hour and they delivered. It was so relaxing and the best pedicure I have ever had. Thank you, Niki, for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful gem of a spa! All of the staff gave me and my sister the best treatment and made our day special. Great nail care and ooh the hot rock massage! My nails never looked so good. My new “go to” spa.

I was taken care of by Holly and Mary. Holly did my pedicure and Mary did my manicure. It was by far the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. They didn't rush through my experience like in other parlours, mind you today is Friday and I walked in right at 7PM, so I'm sure they were exhausted and just wanted to go home to their family.

At the end, Mary wished me a Happy Valentine's Day and gave me a hug. I really needed that hug. I will be back!

I called first thing in the morning and asked if they had something available around noon. They told me to come in and that was not an issue. I decided to get my eyelashes done which I’ve never had them before. Sam, the owner, did an amazing job! I was so surprised and love the natural look of them! I also got SNS on my nails and a pedicure with gel polish. They did a fantastic job. I’m not sure why I didn’t come to this place sooner. They even have the chair massages done by one of the workers. That was such a nice ending to my day! I will be back—in 2 weeks for sure!

This is my favorite place in town for a pedicure! It is very popular, so I like to go early in the morning when they first open, so it is a little more of a quiet and relaxing experience. Every nail tech I've ever had there does such a nice job! Clean, professional, and they do a great job at keeping the salon equipment updated.

Best place in Gainesville! Sam always remembers me and Nilar is the best at SNS! So relaxing. I've been all over town for years and keep coming back. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else now!

I happened upon this spa when I moved to a new job in Gainesville about four years ago. I feel like the stations are much cleaner than other nail salons and I enjoy my complimentary hot tea every time I go. I get SNS nails (a healthier alternative to acrylics) and from time to time I'll pamper myself with a pedicure. I've never had a bad experience with them and refuse to go anywhere else.

Took my GF she loved it. Nice place really clean, nice staff, and the most important is what you came for the massage and everything was delightful will go again.

I hardly ever get my nails done but I had a wonderful sns manicure today by Ngoc. She was extremely thorough and took time to shape the nails and cuticles, and painted all the way to the edges, which I love. Best manicure I’ve ever had, and Ngoc was friendly and thoughtful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will go back!

Kar is the best for pedicures! She takes time to give a great pedicure and leg/foot massage.
