Publix Super Market at The Village

Free samples during Saturday! Awesome desserts, fruit, and other country items. Some things are cheaper elsewhere but something's you can only find on their shelves. Yet I highly recommend the bakery. Oh and all my experiences with the customer service was quick and efficient

This location has a very friendly staff, which one expects at a Publix. They keep their displays well stocked and marked correctly. I've never had an issue finding what I need and as always their BOGOs are extremely helpful.

Nicest young man helped me. Sandwich counter was a little slow, but he had a good attitude.

We ordered a large sandwich tray from the deli for Mother's Day. It was ready precisely on time, fresh and the order was just as we wanted. They were very busy, but we were in and out rather quickly. I have always loved Publix and was very happy to find one close by when we moved here.

Well stocked. Very organized. A young lady asked if she could help me with my car and took it to my car and put items in my trunk. Very nice gesture! I'll be back. We don't have a Publix near Hiawassee.

Excellent customer service !!
Cashier quickly rang up my groceries & used no more plastic bags
then were needed. When I got cash back, he made sure to
check if I needed it broken up into smaller bills.

Even though they didn't waste any more platic bags than were needed ,
at the end of the day those large paper receipts are a waste of paper.

Got help and bought some groceries. Met the night manager had a pleasant chat ,disappointed that my favorite employee found a position in her field of study and had moved on . I wish Lexi the very best. Publix should have fought harder to keep such a hard working young woman. This store has had a long history of helpful and professional service attendants.

Service is even better, everyone in this Publix goes above and beyond! From the manager across the board to every employee on or off duty. They represent professionalism and community-based attitude with the love and friendship that of family.

This is very close to a Fred Meyer store for all you Northwestern folk. Great selection of household goods and groceries.

The new self checkout machines have been installed and look great.

Always friendly atmosphere. Everyone is helpful.

This is an older and smaller store, but it is kept very well. The lights are bright, it is very clean and organized. The workers are friendly and helpful. The only fragrance wafting through the aisles is of fresh bread from the bakery.

So well lit and easy to navigate the store. The fried chicken here I heard was good as well as the wings but my visit this day was to the produce section of the store and the organic section looked good had a god variety of fruits and vegetables.

The customer service here puts the other publix in town to shame. Every one of the hourly employees was very friendly and treated us very well. There were several managers that were in our vicinity and didn't even acknowledge us or follow publix policy with the 10' rule. They have a pretty decent selection to be such a small publix. Several people have told us this location is shutting down, but I inquired about that and was reassured by the employees of this location that that is, in fact, not true.

As usual Publix has what I need while being clean and tidy.
