Rented a storage unit but the the code didn’t work. Called “All” emergency numbers on the call box and the front door, no answer. I had movers with me who were on the clock hourly, so I lost an hour of service fooling around with the broken code box. You can also see the gate trying to move but would stop. Unfortunately I had to find another storage unit because again what’s the point of having multiple emergency numbers if you can’t even respond to one of them? Uggh What a very very frustrating day that was. Uf I could give zero stars I would.
