Lindsey, the owner, is awesome! I’ve been coming here for work on my car for years. She’s honest, and she tells you how things really are. Yesterday, we took our car in and got our tires replaced (they were looong overdue), and we needed them done that day for a trip we have coming up pretty soon. She stayed about an hour/hour and a half overtime just so we could get our fourth tire ordered in and put on our car so we could have it for the weekend. I’m really grateful for the work they do!

Have used Meineke for years and have loved their service! Today’s example was a quick turnaround for my emissions test, and them allowing me to go home, switch out cars, and get the other one tested / registered. Super nice that they allow you to pay emissions and state taxes for registration on the spot. Have loved working with Lindsey and Dan!

The best customer service! Dan was extremely kind and helpful as well as the team working there. The team thoroughly inspected my car and went the extra mile to explain the possible issues and condition of the vehicle. Thank you! Definitely recommend this place!

I love this shop! I can’t say enough good things about it! They are fast and do an amazing job! Everyone is so friendly and the shop is so clean. All the extra attention to details really makes it an amazing place! The inspection sheet they sent you so you know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle is incredible. The kids station, homemade cookies and drinks in the lobby.

Meineke is the best mechanic we’ve ever been to. My husband and I found them when we lived in Provo and have kept coming even when we moved to Salem. I’ve never felt stressed coming here. They are so thorough with their inspections and very open about their opinions. But they also do whatever they can to help you get a good deal and do what makes sense to you. This truly is the first place I’ve been to that is in it for the customer and not the money. Highly recommend!

I've gone to quite a few car mechanics in my lifetime but Meineke in Provo is definitely one of the best. I haven't been coming here for too long but the service is excellent and the staff could not be friendlier. Even when you go in for a regular oil change, they always take the time to inspect your car, and even take photos to show you possible things that may go out in the future. Lindsay is fantastic and has always treated me well. Even the new guy Dan is friendly and helpful the second you walk in the door. They've even given me a ride home a couple times when the service ended up taking longer than normal. I'll probably add more in the future but this is a great place to bring your car if you want to be treated like family.

I absolutely love this place!! My family and I have had some bad experiences in the past at other auto businesses but this place took care of me with perfection and a level of hospitality that you really can’t find most places! Lindsey and Dan were so friendly to chat with and Lindsey made sure I knew what was happening with my car every step of the way which I really appreciated. The facility is clean and well put together, they make cookies in the morning and have great snacks! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will be coming her for a long time (:

Hands down, the best car care experience I've ever had. Walked in hoping to get my AC fixed. Walked away with a cookie, and kindness (I'm not being facetious on either count). Was it slightly more expensive than other options in Provo for the same service? Maybe. Was it 100% worth it. Absolutely. I'd recommend it for anyone, even if you have to drive.

Added bonus: they have a space for you to work while you wait, with a table, plugs, and great wifi. More than just creature comforts. The owner, Lindsay, figured out that ppl need to work while they wait. Genius move I haven't seen before, but is now the standard I will judge all automotive places by.

This is our go-to car place. They are super knowledgeable and transparent. The honesty and high level of customer care is refreshing and appreciated! I know we are always in good hands with this crew.

Fantastic service - comprehensive inspection indicated everything I could be needing by way of repair and maintenance and I was allowed to accept or reject each indicated service as needed. Lindsey and Dan are excellent service writers as well as keeping me informed the whole way. I will definitely go here again for more service and repairs.

Reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Lindsey for years and always get honest evaluations and great service. Her employees always speak highly of her as a boss, and I believe that goes a long way in creating the cheery atmosphere and customer-forward attitude there.

The owner, Lindsey was super cool and squeezed me in last second. Best price on emissions testing, plus thoughtful service (backed my car in so I could pull right out), snacks, and super fast! 10/10.

Amazing communication and very understanding when I had to cancel my initial appointment. Pricing is also hundreds less than what I’d be spending elsewhere. They were very helpful in making sure I understood the work that was going into the car. Many places rush through what they’re proposing to do and don’t properly explain why the work needs to be done, but it was exactly the opposite here. My service was complete in half the quoted time as well. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I’m glad I chose Meineke!

Outstanding. I’m so impressed-which isn’t an easy feat. Professional yet kind and caring customer service. Honest and reliable shop. Quality work. Personal and customized service. Absolutely trust and appreciate this shop for keeping me and my kids safe in our vehicles- plus they didn’t try taking advantage of us in our first contact during an emergency situation, so I knew they could do the more routine services for other vehicles as well. No reason to go anywhere else.

Nice little shop to have in the neighborhood. I had a squeaky wheel that wasn't sure what it was after the tire shop I usually get my rotations done at looked it over and couldn't see anything wrong with my brakes. So I brought it here for some diagnostics. They pulled my wheel apart and found that indeed it was the brakes.

Since I had experience with doing brakes and rotors myself, I opted to take it back home and do the labor myself, but had it been mid winter or under some other circumstances, I would've had them do the work and I will likely bring my cars back here for any other mysterious problems I can figure out or when they need more extensive repairs.

My experience at Meineke was wonderful. Customer service was very professional, personable, and kind. I feel they offered a fair price, and quick service. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn’t really need, nor did they try to take advantage of the fact I’m far from knowledgeable about mechanical stuff. I appreciate their diligence in checking my car over for safety concerns and even taking time to explain what I could do to ensure my coming road trip is a safe one. The text links provided give a detailed explanation and pictures of necessary repairs, and also allow for accepting/declining services. Their location was in an easy spot to get to and also find. The office is clean and simple. But had a welcoming feel. Refreshments were available and even a cute sign welcoming their scheduled customers upon entry!
Thank you Lindsey (and crew) for all you did for my family and I! If i weren’t moving I would definitely return for service in the future. But I will spread the word to friends and family of how great your shop is!

I drive down from Sandy to get my car taken care of Meineke in Provo. I trust their experience and professionalism. We plan repairs well in advance, so I'm confident we won't be on the side of the road some dreary day. Lindsey and her crew keep us safe, and that's my number one priority.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger. I thought the brakes needed to be checked over. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they got my truck in for service promptly. They did a thorough test and found nothing wrong. That made me feel much better about the brakes. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely return for their service when needed.

Lindsey is fair and honest. We have used them exclusively for years and they have always let us know when something NEEDS to be done, when it should be done, and when it can wait. Never any pressure for upgraded or unneeded services. Explains and prioritizes repairs so that you’re not surprised by the cost, and are even willing to make a payment plan. An honest mechanic.

Seriously the greatest shop, this place is so cute! Super clean and SUPER NICE. Lindsey is the Best and her team is amazing and so friendly. Best place for Oil Changes super fast. Prices are so much less then other places. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I have found this place
