Anna's Floral Designs

Based on reviews, experience with this shop seems to be hit or miss sometimes. Fortunately, mine was great! I had never used them before, but needed a last minute order so I decided go try them out. I placed the order online and got the confirmation email. When I checked the next day, I realized the money had not been taken out of my account. I called and they could not find the order. This frustrated me at first, of course, but Anne asked me to resubmit the order and she assured me I’d only be charged once. I resubmitted and felt further aggravated to discover now delivery for the day I had originally chosen wasn’t available. I chose the day after and resigned to be okay with it, as I could not change it. However, Anne’s made the same day delivery happen despite this and delivered a beautiful bouquet! I am very impressed with the customer service as well as the arrangement.

I went to Anna’s flowers to get a floral bouquet for my fathers funeral service. Mrs. Anna was so sweet and kind. She showed sympathy for my loss. She told me that she’d take care of the flowers. It was a hard time for everyone because of the hurricane that hit that week. It was delivered 30 minutes before it was expected to arrive even though I ordered it the day before. The bouquet was precious and bigger than expected.

We ordered a spray of flowers for my brother-in-laws funeral and it could not have been more perfect and beautiful! The details were amazing! Thanks you Anna’s!!

I ordered a bouquet today for my wife. They had no problem doing a same day order/delivery. My wife loved them and said they were beautiful and very fresh. They were a mixture of Star Gazer Lilies and Red Roses. She said the delivery guy was very friendly as well. Thank you for the great service and a terrific product. I will be calling them again in the future!

I was so blessed by the lady at Anna’s and her staff today! They helped me with a very special project and made me so happy that I was in tears! Very sweet people. I will definitely be back to give them my business. Beautiful store as well.

I have not personally met Anna but my husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day from her and because she was overbooked with delivering orders, I didn't receive mine until the day after. To me this was a great surprise because I wasn't expecting it on the day after. But because she blundered, she sent me extra roses with a sweet note and then a letter apologizing for the mistake. I will definitely order flowers from her again!! To me, this was a sweet gesture and I really appreciate the thought. Also, the flowers my husband did order were arranged so beautifully that I didn't want them to die ever. But Anna did make my day very special. Thank you! Order from her!

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my wife and the were delivered in one hour. On the dot, one hour. The delivery location was only a few miles away, but I was very pleased at the quality of the flowers and the swift delivery.

We were able to get a really lovely corsage last minute on a Saturday! The lady that helped us was super friendly and made our visit to the store very pleasant.

Over the last year, I've called on Anna's to make arrangements to send to my wife at work. Each time the flowers were delivered on-time and have been beautiful. The staff have been courteous and accommodating, going beyond what was expected to satisfy my requests. I appreciate the service Anna's provides, and will continue to give them my business.

I've used Anna's a few times now and have always been pleased with the selection, prices, and service. Most recently I asked for same day delivery and the bouquet was delivered as promised without a hitch. The staff has always been very pleasant and cooperative.
