Dana is an absolute pleasure to deal with! My wife and I have had units far beyond what we've expected to. There was an incident that could've happened at any facility but Dana keeps their rating at 5 stars.

I am moving my storage business to this location after my current one continues with endless cost hikes without proper notification becoming too unaffordable in comparison to the area. iStorage in La Plata was best priced, and Dana was an absolute pleasure to talk to and do business with, the process was super simple (10 minutes and I had a unit!). She took the time to walk me to my unit to make sure everything was working and looked ok, which it was super clean and functioning correctly. So glad I called to discuss any concerns after a couple bad reviews I read online. So far, I am thankful I didn’t pass up them up and called for myself!
