SP+ Parking

Been using them (Park Air Express - Google, please fix their name!!!) for years and have never had a problem. Service has always been top notch; we’ve never stood around waiting for more than 5 minutes coming or going to the airport. Employees have always been courteous and quick. Vehicles have always been waiting for us on the ready line when we returned, in the same condition we dropped them off.

This is the second time I've used this service. I will not be going anywhere else, ever, again. Their check in people are so patient. They're drivers are so friendly and helpful. They loaded all my family's bags into and out of the bus. When I arrived back, I called the number they texted, there was a shuttle there waiting for us, my car was ready to go, the shuttle driver again loaded and unload our gear. I will continually tell people that this is the place to go if you're flying KCI. If you have a bad experience here, it's probably you and not them.

Best hidden parking gem. Rates are reasonable. Car is valeted and you are dropped off and picked up steps from the doors. Car is ready when you get back. Awesome

We had the best experience with park air express. Specifically with our driver Bryan Barbe. He is FANTASTIC. He is so helpful and kind.

Use them every time I fly, always great service, maybe a little wait sometimes , but not enough to complain about, must be some people, don’t have any patience 🤔

I made a mistake on the text message and sent for my car too early ( not techy) Wanda helped me avoid this disaster and fixed it for me!

Been going to this place for years. They got a new phone app since I last flew out of MCI that is much better than the old numbered ticket system, but for some reason my one day coupon wasn't credited when I went to pay virtually. So I had to retrieve it from my car when I got back to the lot. The wait for pickup was a little longer than normal this time, but that could have been due to late late return flight (close to 1 am) and only one driver on duty. At least there was no waiting when we got back and car was waiting next to the door.

Been a huge fan of Park Air Express since they opened. Giving 4 stars cause they are still having growing pains. Overall very great service and speedy pickup. Have only had one instance of waiting over 10 minutes for the shuttle, and one instance of my ticket being scanned to a different car. But this was quickly resolved by staff onsite. Will continuously use, but honestly curious why is everything SP parking when the business is Park Air Express? Hard to share and find on Google maps when business names don't match.
