Aerie

I love Aerie but sometimes I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome shopping there. That was not the case on my last visit. I would like to thank Helen for her amazing customer service! She took the time to help me find my perfect fit.

They are super helpful and understanding there. The clothes might be a little over priced but they feel like they are made of the down from angels wings. Right now they have these super soft oversized pull over sweat shirts that are so nice.

Laura, the store manager was very patient with me today. She had outstanding manners and took her time to help me even though she was busy doing something else. Very nice woman that went above and beyond. I’ve always loved Aerie but I really love Aerie in the Asheville mall.

The manager Masey there is incredible!! She did not hesitate to make sure I had a good shopping expierence. She went above and beyond customers wants and needs in the dressing rooms and ran the entire show. She had nothing but good things to say about the brand like it was her own. I’ll go back there just to get tips and treated nice like that again. Thanks Masey! :)

I'm putting five stars because the lady says I have to. Besides, Aerie puts her in some pretty nice pieces.

Despite coming in the store minutes before closing, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

I love this place. I love the quality prices and especially the service. And knowing that it is affiliated with American eagle is a huge plus!
