The employees here are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they are also not pushy salespeople. They can offer you buying options that were wonderful for my purchasing needs.

Note: I was nearly unable to walk before buying my sleep number unit. The staff sold me what I needed, and they did not try to sell me more than what I needed. 2 nights on my sleep number, and I was already able to walk 95% better.

What a great experience! Can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. They have a special setup where we found out how the beds work and determined our Sleep Number Setting. We could see ourselves on the bed in a large screen on the ceiling of the glass cube. We could even see the changes in our pressure points as we changed our Sleep Number setting! It made the science behind the technology so easy to understand--plus, their beds last over 25 years. Our last bed needed to be replaced so quicky because it just didn't feel the same after my wife lost weight/had a baby. That won't happen again because we can adjust the bed now. Plus, when I workout I like to raise my setting a little during the recovery period. We ordered an adjustable base that goes up at the head and foot as well--totally, totally impressed. Thank you to Karen and the whole staff.

The $25 removal of mattress and box spring was a little steep but my pa worked the sales guy down to $10 or $15😁Salesguy was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the beds. My back feels much and I ❤ my new sleep number

I talked to Michael before I came in asked him a few questions about the pillows. I came in mentioned I called he remembered me and took me right to the product I was looking for. No need to upsell or anything cause there was no other pillows above my choice.

I cannot say enough times how pleased my husband and I are with the team at Sleep Number! They are so kind and genuinely want you to find a bed you love, regardless of its price. Adrienne was incredible to work with, and made us feel right at home. She made sure to answer all of our questions and left no grey areas when it came to refunds/returns, when we will receive our items, and how we can receive any assistance in the coming years. We went in just thinking about switching, and wound up making the change the same day!

We were highly impressed and thoroughly pleased with Sleep Number, Hickory, NC, and their staff. Jeremy led us every step of the way from opening the store early when he saw us standing at the door to walking us through the app setup and delivery arrangements after our purchase nearly 2 hours later. (The presentation didn't take 2 hours. We went out for lunch, then came back and finished the transaction.) I would describe Jeremy's presentation as well-prepared, thorough, intelligent, and low pressure. He gave us quotes on our top 2 choices and helped us take advantage of all available discounts. We highly recommend Sleep Number beds, the store in Hickory, NC, and their helpful and courteous staff.

We spent 3 hours in the store picking out our bed. The store manager Adrienne was excellent , patient and thorough. She knows her stuff. My husband has a bad back and we were allowed to try many options. There was not pressure or trying to upsale us. Loved it.

We did business with Adriane and have nothing but positive things to say! We walked in just to look and get an idea of what we liked and walked out with a new bed! She was very accommodating and patient as we had our 4 year old with us. She was able to really focus on each of us and individualize our experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional. My sales man, Joe, was very knowledgeable about all the products. Joe showed my wife and I three different sleep systems and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The representatives at this location take their time to listen and suit your sleep needs. We are 20 year owners of a Sleep Number bed and decided to upgrade to newer features. The demo beds really show you the pressure points and how to alleviate discomfort during the night. Our purchase experience was pleasant being offered but not pressured into buying things we didn't need. We bought the i8 model without adjustable base(but having the option to add later), basic waterproof pad and new pillows, which we love by the way. We would highly recommend this store for your Sleep Number experience.

We love it and we ordered one. Laying on my side. My sleep number is 65 my back sleep is 100. I recommend this to anyone that has a bad back and see Joe at the Hickory store in front of the Valley Hill mall. He is a very good, and kind salesman and not pushy at all.

I am a professional procrastinator. Plus I/we make no purchases until I/we have studied our options completely and have arrived at the decision that best meets our needs/wants and budget. It took us three years of research and trials to make our decision.

The Hickory, NC Sleep Number Store get a 10 plus for patience and helpfulness. Great people, know their products and could give Job a lesson on patience. We purchased the ILE and now are in the “can’t wait” stage of waiting for delivery.
