Morgan is a super talented hair stylist!! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and so was she. She's very professional and friendly, and I instantly trusted her from the start. I came in with a butchered haircut, and she fixed it up perfectly. I was honestly really shocked lol. I always felt insecure with shorter hair, but not after today. She definitely brought back some of my confidence. I'm really impressed and super satisfied with Morgan's work. She was super kind and did her best with what she had to work with, and she was even able to squeeze me into her schedule at the last minute. She also wouldn't let me leave until she knew I was happy with it, and I really appreciated her efforts in making sure I was satisfied. I am 100% going back in the future!!♡

I am new to the area, had no idea where to go. I called Teff Hair Salon and told them I got the job I wanted but was starting in 2 days. Short notice for someone not established with a hair stylist! Kimberly took pity on me, got me in within 2 hours, skipped her lunch and gave me a color and cut!!! A wonderful color and cut, the best anyone has ever done for my baby fine straight hair. I am thrilled to have found my place. Got my nails done while there also. One stop and done. Thank y'all so much. Definitely a repeat customer.

You can't ask for a better salon and atmosphere! The talented stylist are professional and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. After having lived out of state, I returned to Teff Hair Design sporting the wrong hair color and a style that needed help. Morgan worked her magic, and I had a lot of fun! I left beautifully styled, lightened up, and younger looking. This is the BEST salon, and Morgan is phenomenal!

I started getting my hair done by Leslie about two months ago...I had been bouncing from salon to salon trying to find a stylist that I liked and could do what I wanted done with my hair. I pretty much walked into Teff Studio with the worst hair cut I had ever had and Leslie worked wonders on me! I haven't been this happy with my hair in a VERY long time! Leslie and the other stylists are fantastic...They listen and make suggestions on what type of style would suit you best. When I visit Leslie, I know that I am getting a style, not just a haircut. She designs my hair specifically for me...she has been amazing during my "recovery" from my nightmare haircut. Needless to say, I haven't had a bad hair day since getting my hair done by Leslie...It may sound crazy, but I consider it a blessing that I stopped in at the Studio and met Leslie!

Teff Hair Design Studio has an amazing group of talented and professional stylists. I have been going to Dora Benfield for years, and I'm always so happy with the results. She is a wonderful stylist, and I recommend this salon to everyone. I would put my hair in any of their hands. Thank you Teff staff!

I won't get my hair cut anywhere else. As a guy looking for a little bit of style and something that is as cost efficient as a barber, this place is perfect for me especially! The rest of my family go here as well and love it. My wife always looks especially beautiful, sleek and styled after leaving, and it was the first place that either of my girls got their hair cut. They're well educated in current trends and aesthetics and are able to create the right look for any gender or age. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went into Teff having only seen or heard of them via their facebook page. I am not from the area, but my fiance's family is and we were getting our engagement photos done near Hickory so I needed a hairstylist. I went to Morgan the day of my engagement photos and she was as adventurous as I am and didn't even flinch when I said I wanted to chop off nearly 7 inches, have my hair colored (into an ombre) and styled to my liking three hours before the pictures. I think she was excited for the challenge. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB. Not only was she so professional, but she knew exactly what I wanted from one picture, but made suggestions that were logical based on my coloring and my personality. Truly my hair turned out so wonderful and I would go back to Morgan again and again and again.

Additionally, the vibe of the salon is great. It looks modern, but feels warm and you can see touches of the character of each of the three stylists when you look around. All three of them were so friendly and the overall experience was literally top notch :)

The stylists take time to consult with their clients to make sure the visit gives the results desired. Each of them are very knowledgeable in all aspects of hair care and styles.

Morgan's expertise in color, cut, and style have been wonderful; a recent visit helped to make my newly curly hair (an odd change in texture following my last pregnancy) a fun change I am embracing and enjoying . She is also a lovely person, and I highly recommend her.

This salon is wonderful. I had what a bad dye job that was red, I was in a wedding in two days, and didn't know what to do. I goggled salons in hickory north Carolina and this was the top result. I can see why. I called and they miracously had an opening. I received a 15 min consultation where they discussed what had happened to my hair and where I wanted them to go with it. I told them I wanted to keep some of the red but to just try to blend it and tonenit down some. 2 hours later I couldn't believe it was the same head of hair I walked in with. It was softer, more blended. I thought I would be charged the rate for a corrective color which was per hour of work- however my stylist told me that she didn't think of it as corrective and that it really wasnt that crazy of a fix. I paid an incredibly reasonable price for the work performed and walked put feeling much better and more confident about my hair. I'm still adjusting to the new color but it is beautifully done. I will definitely be coming back.

If I could I would give them 10 Stars Easy. They are just that Awesome. No lie or Over exaggeration. I just got home a little bit ago from getting my hair washed and conditioned by Miss Morgan and cut by the wonderful Kimberly. Her and Morgan both are Lovely Ladies. I will be honest and say that I don't get to go to a salon very often. Because of my budget. I just want to say. The price for what I got was Great. Miss Morgan was soOo good at washing my hair. It felt so so good. Which isn't always the case with other salons. Most people are so rough. But, not her. She handles with care. :) And, Miss Kimberly. Oh My Garsh. I must admit even though I read all reviews..(which is why I chose to try this amazing place) But, Some times you can read a review and go and not have your expectations met to your satisfaction. Because, people have ways of making things sound one way when in reality its totally different. Well.. That is Not the case here. Let me tell you these reviews are good and all. But, No one has truly given these ladies and their business the praise they and it Truly Deserves.
I was honestly soo nervous coming in. Especially being disabled and in a wheel chair the way I am. I thought it would be very uncomfortable and things. I thought they would maybe treat me differently like my past experiences. But, it was the exact opposite. They truly made me feel like I was part of their family.
I Love how I was asked all along the way what I thought. And, making me feel like I was not only apart of what was going on but.. I felt I was the one in control. I felt so pampered and loved. And, the beautiful surroundings and lighting just really was gorgeous. You are truly getting your moneys worth no matter what you get done and spend at Teff's. I know I sure did. :D
Needless to say I am one satisfied customer. Miss Kimberly made me feel so pretty by the time she was done cutting my hair. I felt like a completely different person. Miss Morgan and Miss Kimberly and both so Awesome. In my personal opinion.. There is No better place to go in the area and or even outside of the Hickory area. They are just that Amazing. And, this is coming from a person who is Very, Very, Very Picky when it comes to my hair.
I would Highly recommend Teff Hair Design Studio to anyone and everyone who is looking for not only a haircut by awesome people who Truly Care and clearly want more than your money. Their kind hearts warmed mine.

Thank you Leslie for the wonderful job on my hair! The salon was neat as a pin and very modern! The one thing that stood out to me was the one on one time Leslie spent with me looking at colors and talking about what I wanted. I will be back and I will recommend to all my friends.
