McDonald's

Madison McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have never had lightning service when mobile ordering until I went here and what's even more shocking is that the person who brought my order to the car acted like life was worth living. Way better service than Carthage and Philadelphia McDonald's combined! I wish the manager could manage those two McDonald's and give me hope that customer service is still alive.

Sandwich was an excellent temperature. Staff was good as well.

Although, I waited 30 mins for my food I’m giving a 5 star rating. I witnessed the team on the inside work so diligently to attempt to get orders out as quick as they could, however they can only do so much. Someone in upper management (owner) needs to realize, when you only have 4 employees on a busy day, you can not run; a drive thru, Mobile orders, deliveries, an inside kiosk, and etc. Someone needed to make the call to just operate drive thru only. Money is important but quality is always better than quantity. To the manager that was on duty this morning, kudos! I saw you and I appreciate your effort!

I was a little skeptical about coming to this location, after seeing some comments about the speed of service. Fortunately, I had no issues with this when I ordered this morning, at 9:30. I timed how long it took me to get through the line, order, and check my food--it took less than 4 minutes total and everything I ordered was correct. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was great! I will definitely be coming here again for breakfast 😊

Went right at 10:30 am lunch time. They weren't quite ready as everyone ahead of me had to pull into parking and wait on their order as well as I had too. Everything was fresh and hot. I ordered the fish combo and my fish sandwich was a special order with ketchup pickle and mustard only so I knew there would be a small delay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase. Both people at the windows greeted me with a smile and the person bringing my food out did as well and told me to have a great day! Great customer service!

I ate lunch here today. I felt like I should change my rating. The customer service today was exceptional. I had the manager come to my table twice, as well as another employee, before my meal was ready just to let me know that they were waiting on fries. I do not expect this from fast food, which makes me appreciate it immensely.

Thank you to the employee, Tiara Johnson (I hope I spelled her name correctly) working the drive thru this morning 3-25-20 @ 6:05 am. We were short on some change and she took care of it out of her own pocket so we didn't have to change the order or run home to get more money and bring it back! I hope you receive in return what you took care for us and so so much more! God bless you! You're so kind!

So far I’ve visited this drive thru location twice and what gives this place a 5 in my book is the dual appreciation for the food being good, plus it all being in the bag and none of my order missing! That’s awesome!

Very nice people who work there providing great service. This location is very busy and the employees work hard to wait on everyone in a timely fashion. Food is always fresh. Play area is clean and well kept.

Great attitude even so I came at last 10 minutes they were open. Food was fresh an tasty.

they have gotton my order wrong before, but they have never had an issue fixing it. my wife has severe milk allergies and they do go out of their way to make sure her food is right. thanks y'all you're awesome!

We moved to Madison from Clinton, and the service at McD's is night and day!! This location always gets orders right, especially when you want it customized. Food is never missing, isnt burnt, isnt old, fries fresh and salty...Great job!!!

My boys and I went after lunch rush hour. We were immediately served and had the restaurant play area to ourselves. Best time to go is between 2 and 3 pm less people.

I love this McDonald's. The staff is always nice and courteous. Even though they were so busy this morning they were all smiles. They ALWAYS get my order right.

The line was long and wrapped around the building but it went very fast. The food was good so I have to say this was a QUALITY restaurant.

A bit slower than expected, but order was 100% accurate and everything seemed freshly cooked. We used app to place curbside order.

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to this particular McDonald's! The staff is mostly friendly.

Excellent service with very quick take-out response. The food was good although my wife's breakfast sandwich was not complete.

Enjoy the food and service was excellent. I ordered a mocha frappe which was AWESOME. I also had pancake breakfast which was wonderful and delicious and satisfying.
