Bought some fake plants from here. The staff was nice, and the check out was quick. Everyone seemed happy to be at work.

By far one of the best experiences that I have ever had in a store like this. The gentleman that helped us out took the time to help us fund what we were looking for. He even took the time to see if we qualified for any discounts. It's employees like this that will have me coming back here again.

I just love browsing through Michael's because I always find something I need and want.

Love going in to just browse at times. Everything I go for is always in stock.

Had an online pickup order; Customer Service professional was extremely helpful! failed to get her name, but, she was servicing the Online Order Pick Up Kiosks at the location on Grandview Blvd., in Madison, MS (pickup approximately between 10:50 - 11:20 a.m.).
Always appreciate the customer service at Michael's!

Went to the framing center. They did a great job.

Large store. Friendly staff. Great sales.

I love this place. If you love crafting, you will love this place. You can find over there everything you need. And the prices are not so bad. Of course if you are from south and too lazy to go out (or too heavy) you can use their online service.

They're very good here, I can usually find what I want but if I do have issues the clerks are extremely helpful with anything I might need.

Excellent selection of craft pieces and flowers. Prices are fair and even better if you watch their sales. Staff has always been friendly and helped with ideas when I was stumped. We always find what we are looking for and usually far more than that on each trip.

Seems my selection of scrapbooking supplies have been downsized! Very disappointed by that! However I am very pleased with the courtesy of the staff members and their willingness to assist you. The store is always kept clean and well maintained. I always seem to find things I don't need but want! Its addictive!

I found really cool things in here that I needed to execute this baby shower. I also found their gingerbread house kits on sale as well for my annual gingerbread house party.

This is my go-to place for local art supplies. They always have what I need and carry a large assortment of canvas for painting.

They have everything you could want for crafting and for do it yourself wedding items. check their website for how to classes. There's one other craft store that has a bigger selection but Michael's comes in a strong second. Like most bulk stores, they are lacking in knowledgeable and willingly helpful staff. But perfect if you know what you want before you head into the stores.

I over love Michaels! My products are always in stock and the store is organized all the time. It makes shopping easier. They have all your cricut needs and wants! Overall, this is a crafter's dream store! They have items for many occasions, even if you just want to decorate for your home.
