Store was clean and felt safe. Staff was super helpful, even though there were multiple costumers. Beautiful colors and wonderful products.

Kelvin has been absolutely incredible. He always remembers my name when I walk in, knows his products well and gives exceptional customer service. He is the number one reason why I continue to go back and support my local store. I also must mention that Chase has been great as well. The Madison Store is in a great location and the Staff was phenomenal! They explained some of the options for exterior and interior colors and shared the samples that could be posted to the walls as well as the app that could be downloaded and used with a room photo. They were much more engaged than I expected!

I am a third-generation paint contractor and I've been to all of the paint stores including competitors but this Madison store is the fastest store around. Chase, Kelvin and the rest of the crew are extremely knowledgeable, nice and hard-working.

I got some paint from Shermein-Williams and went home to paint. The paint was runny and I thought maybe I just wasn't doing a good job painting. I thought it was worth calling to see if it was the paint. The manager was very nice and checked. He called back and said the specific paint had been giving them problems and that they had some nicer paint at the store waiting for me. No other paint store has been this quick and helpful.

When I told Jameika that I needed help with picking colors and explained what I wanted; she knew exactly what to pick. We looked at a few choices, but her first suggestion was ultimate choice. She also helped me know which finish for which room, and she helped find the best deal for me.

Knowledge and service at Sherwin-Williams is far superior to Big Box stores. Individualized service, great selections and you get help in an insta-second and are not running around the aisles looking for someone who has knowledge about paint and supplies.

Not my usual SW store but they had a part I needed. Chase was very helpful and the store was clean and well organized.
