This review is for the store portion, I haven’t used the pharmacy side. Overall layout was logical and the store was clean. The employees I encountered were all very friendly as well!

I needed a particular hearing aid that has 8 in a pack. The only pack like that on the shelf had 3 missing - someone had pilfered. I told the associate at the counter that I needed that size hearing aid and would pay for the pack. She went to the store manager and came back with a dual pack and said I could have them for the price of the single pack. That was above and beyond providing customer care!

Surprised by the reviews. This pharmacy has been great. I left Kroger pharmacy and have not looked back.

I went on the CVS website to schedule an appointment for a COVID vaccine booster. After completing several steps that included entering my insurance information, an error message appeared that said there was a technical error and to start over. Since their website and a sign on the door says "Walk-in or Schedule today", I walked in hoping to get the shot. After waiting several minutes, I was rudely told by someone in the pharmacy that I could not get a vaccine there without scheduling on the website. Since I had already tried that and it did not work out for me, I went to Walgreens as a walk-in. I was welcomed there with friendly service and left "boosted"! Lesson Learned!

The three stars on this review are for the Friendly associate in the front of the store that greeted me when entering CVS.

I could not get anyone to give information on delivery. The Google listing and website both say delivery is available at this location but the girl answering the phone on two occasions this week (same girl) simply said, "no" and hung up before I finished speaking when I tried asking about cvs delivery.

It's your typical CVS. Over priced products and slowwwww cashiers that are not properly trained when it comes to gift card purchases. Other than that, okay.

The pharmacy staff act like it was a problem I had arrived a few minutes early for appointment to take Covid booster.

The shelves have been stocked the few times I've visited. Clean. Decent customer service

Last 3 days I called and waited for 10 minutes on each call and never got a person to answer. Went thru drive thru today 8/10/2021 and after 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front and finally it was my turn at the window and ask why my RX was on Hold. She Said she would handle it. Wasted gas waiting for drive thru and my time when all they had to do was answer the phone. Service is getting bad there.

Had to switch pharmacy due to the service here. They never answer their phones, prescription is always backed up, and couldn't link my account from target cvs to the one here.

If there is not a limit posted on your sale u can not limit it when I get there to buy products!

Most expensive pharmacy for no reason.

On 1/8/24, I decide to try CVS on Hwy 51 in Madison. As I stood in line, there was one customer in front of me, and one behind me. After the customer in front of me was serviced, I walked up to pay for the item. I was told I could take it to the front of the store, and pay there. I requested to pay for the item at the current register, I was then told by the young male employee “we’re too busy”, the Pharmacist looked up towards us. As I turned to walk away, I saw the same attendant assist the customer behind me. The employee was rude. I walked to the front register, paid the employee, and departed from the store for the final time.
