Amazing job well done by Irina! She is a master stylist with over 25 years of hair experience. I am in love with my hair transformation. Irina is professional, provides amazing costumer services, and knows how to make clients feel confident and beautiful. I absolutely love her ! So glad I booked at ULTA!

I had to choose shadows and an eyebrow pencil. Oksana picked the perfect shades for me. She is also very knowledgeable about perfumes. I really liked the perfume she picked for me. When I come to Ulta I always ask Oksana for help.
Also for a long time I could not find a hairdresser who could cut my hair perfectly. then a few people to advise me Irina. After her haircut, my hair looks perfect. I liked it very much. I will definitely be back

Went to pick out a perfume for myself and a cologne for my husband. Oksana was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She helped both of us pick out a scent and also recommended and matched me with a beautiful Tarte lipstick. I will definitely be coming back!

Ulta has some new employees which is an improvement. During my recent visit, Ovsana or possibly Oksana was the clerk that helped me with color match and she was incredibly knowledgeable courteous and helpful. The store is better stocked than in the past and quite clean. There are lots of friendly staff working there now.

Usually this location has everything I use in my makeup kit. The staff has always been super nice and helpful to me. I haven’t gotten any services done here yet, but I’ve heard great reviews from others who have.

If I can give the service 10 stars I would. I was visiting while in Mississippi and this staff went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was unforgettable. Within the two weeks I visited the Madison, MS Ulta I was able to have my brows done by Angela, Skin analysis and treatment by Inra. The Store Manager was amazing as was the operations manager Ashley. The staff was very helpful.

Came in for makeup about a week ago. Oksana was most helpful! She matched makeup to my skin tone and showed me how to apply my mascara. Most helpful!!

I love these stores. I've never been to an Ulta that let me down. They have a great selection on so many personal hygiene, perfume, tools, and makeup. The staff is always nice, and I find about seven things I never knew I needed.

This is the best Ulta in the area. The place is always kept really clean, and the workers are really pleasant and nice. If you need any help they are always ready to help, asking to make sure that you are finding everything you need and that your okay. This Ulta is also significantly bigger than the one in Flowood, so it has more to choose from. There really isn't anything more that I could ask for.

Casey M is an AMAZING stylist and incredibly sweet and welcoming person. She’s great with helping you determine what’s going to work best for you! I will always come back for her! I definitely recommend her services!!

Where do I start with Ulta beauty store they have so many representatives to welcome you and greet you when you come in to make sure that you find what you're looking for that's always a plus the place is clean and orderly with mucho stock. The only negative I would say is there's always a line at the counter to check out that's a little longer than it should be. The service at the counter with impeccable and kind caring and sweet Alta is a store that I frequent often and it's a go to for any of my beauty needs I would recommend Ulta beauty to anybody that wants to find what they're looking for without a hassle

We went to Sara, she did great. Explained everything she was doing and how to maintain the style and which products would work best. Really made us feel great and gave her time despite is calling and making an appointment only 30 mins earlier.

Ashley at Ulta in Madison took care of a difficult coupon situation for me! I had received a gift card for my birthday from my mom and a $10 off coupon in my email from Ulta. For some reason, their computers wouldn’t allow the consultant to apply both coupons. Ashley was creative and made a solution-she returned one of my items so I could “rebuy” it and apply the coupon. I thought I was going to leave disappointed (I’m a broke college student and need all the help I can get 😆) but her customer service left me with a smile on my face! Thanks for making it right, Ashley!

Always excellent customer service! One of the few stores left that I shop in person in lieu of online because there is always someone ready to answer questions or lead me to the right department. Clean and well organized....a fun stop for make-up and beauty shopping!

Highly recommend Inder, she gave me my first facial last December and I'm hooked! She's so kind, and very informative. I've always struggled with acne, so she gave me helpful tips and samples of the dermotolgica brand that Ulta sells, and it works wonders! Never felt so good in my own skin! Thanks, Inder!!

Awesome beauty store. Many high end brands as well as drug store brands. Helpful staff. Great services such as cut, color, waxing, etc. They also do special make up looks for special occasions.

I got a facial which was very beneficial for my acne prone skin as well as build up of dead skin. I only did one facial and I have to more to go. I see alittle difference but I was told that the more I do it the better. The lady ask alot of questions about my skin and she knew what was best for my skin.

Went and had my hair done at the Ulta salon and Angela was awesome! Love my new pixie cut.
