Beautiful facility. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed as soon as I entered. It was cold and Olivia provided me with a blanket, she was awesome! The seat warmers are a very nice touch.! Dr. Ben was great as well. Very knowledgeable. It was my first visit, and I’ve found my new dentist office:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I’ve been to a lot of dentists (in other states) and they are my absolute by far my favorite. For their quality, service, cleanliness, comfort, and staff kindness.

The building is also nice and has a comfortable atmosphere for a dental office.

Example of quality: I had a metal crown done in another state and the dental person said it wasn’t possible to make it smaller and it made my mouth uncomfortable for years and even made the tooth worse. Eventually caused more tooth decay because how poorly it was made in the fit. It also stood out like a sore thumb because it was so wide. Madison dental fixed it a few years ago, and it fits so well, feels so comfortable, and looks so nice you wouldn’t even know it was a crown unless I told you. I haven’t had any problems with cavities/ tooth decay since.

I had multiple filling done today. Everything was painless and fast. After leaving the office I sensed that I need a small adjustment, I called back and was able to return immediately to office. He made the adjustment and now everything is perfect. Thank you.

It’s always a great experience at Madison Dental Clinic. I have been a patient here ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago. The treatment areas are clean, comfortable and modern. They have the latest technology. But the friendly, professional and efficient staff is what really makes Madison Dental Clinic special.

I really don't have any details other than my appointment was at 1:oo and I was told all was ready at 1:08. I was politely greeted with small talk from Dr. Fortenberry and his assistant and work was started. It was obvious they knew how to take care of a patient and what needed to be done and work was proceeded professionally and I was made comfortable all during the service. Upon check out the front desk was just as comforting, and professional as everyone you met during the appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Madison Dental Group to anyone needed dental services.

The whole staff is so very warm and considerate. They are compassionate and they really know how to put you at ease when you come in. Any anxieties you may have when you come in, you don’t have them when you leave.
