Cheese sticks were delicious. Bailey the young lady that took my order was very nice and has excellent customer service skills. I will be back soon. Thanks Bailey for a great experience.

The atmosphere at Pizza Shack is indescribable. Great food, family-friendly environment, and employees who care was all I saw during my experience at my local Pizza Shack. Specifically, Zach Devenish was extremely polite and helpful. He is a great team member to have as his leadership and professionalism were evident.

I had been having a very rough day. I was exhausted when entering my local pizza shack. I wasn’t very optimistic on talking to someone to get my food. However as I stepped up to the counter I looked up and saw the pizza shack employee “Zach.” Zach’s smile and cheerful attitude and understanding as to why I was so down truly lead to the best day of my life. This pizza was BURSTING and I will coming to order pizza very regularly. I love you pizza shack and I love Zach.

This place Stacks its pizzas! I ordered cheesy bread and a gluten free Buffalo pizza. The food is bomb!! This place has plenty on inside seating as well as outside seating. Gluten free options and games for the kids.

Top 5 Pizza in the Jackson Metro. Madison location is only 12 tables but very good service and very good location. Easy to park and many Locals use Take Away. Eaten at this location 20 times.

We started eating before I took my picture but OMG best pizza EVER! The flavor is out of this world. The toppings are all the way to the edge and they did not skimp! If you want a great pizza then this is the place to go. I totally recommend these guys don’t listen to the negative reviews, I didn’t and glad!

Pizza was great. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. There was tons of meat on our pizza and the flavor was excellent.

Their pizza is reasonably priced and tastes great. Easily, the best pizza in the area!

We stopped at the Pizza Shack in Madison,MS on the way to New Orleans, LA from Memphis, TN. We ordered the sausage and pepperoni pizza to share. It was a very very good pizza. So good, we wish they had one in Memphis!!! Keep doing what you are doing!! It’s great. Thank you

The pizza was very good. The antipasto salad was good and fresh, however I felt it was not worth the high price. Our grandson enjoyed the model train table inside the dining area.

By far the best pizza I’ve had in 20 years! Friends of mine got me one for a happy cause I love pizza.. that was yesterday.. I ordered another one today. People say it’s pricey but it’s worth the price. It’s filled with toppings and lots of flavor. Thanks Tori for introducing me to the pizza shack!!!

My husband absolutely loves this place. We live in Greenwood, MS and whenever we are in the Jackson area we try our best to get a few pizzas to take back home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Please bring one to Greenwood or Grenada please. I am begging you, LOL.

Great pizza! Staff were friendly, restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean and did not have a long wait. During the meal manager came around and checked on us and was very friendly.

Cheese and sauce ratio is perfect!! Don't feel like I'm eating bread sticks instead of pizza, like in most places. Haven't found pizza like this in years. The sauce is chunky. I absolutely love it!!
