Lowe's Home Improvement

I have been doing several home projects over the last several years. Lowe's and particularly this store is by far the best.

Great selection and fair prices. But even more so, knowledgeable and helpful people here. Windows, flooring, paint, lumber, hardware, tools, lighting, garden center, appliances all with excellent, helpful people.

Additionally, even check out and customer service people have, when needed, have been helpful.

They are doing it right here👍👍

Lowe's continues to be my go to big box store for any thing related to tools or construction equipment and supplies. Store was well stocked and clean with employees available for assistance.

Dear Lowes what a blessing to have Jeff Smith on your team. The man is a wonderful, knowledgeable and very patient man! Helped us with a washer and a stove purchase. We will be back due to Jeff wonderful customer service!

Since we own a small roofing company we spend a lot of time at Lowe's. They have a little bit of everything. What I like most is if something is not in stock they can tell you what location does have it.

Great and friendly staff, competitive prices, and military discount on many products. Was able to get everything l was looking for at one time, save extra money by not having to drive to many different stores.

Staff can be found everywhere and very helpful (unlike Home Depot). Also a great variety of everything I needed and well stocked. Good prices too. Would recommend over Home Depot

Got helped and checked out today by a lovely person named Zena. Y’all need to give her a raise. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service.

JL, Maddy, and Greg were super helpful.

I was getting supplies for an organizing job I have tomorrow and the Lowe’s app said there were totes available.

I went to customer service and they located the bins on the top shelf.

Greg came over quickly with the forklift.

I did not have to wait long. Great customer service!

Super helpful staff! We placed an online order to pickup a shed. We had measured our vehicle carefully, but the shed still would not fit. George and Ajay helped us change our order to delivery and get the rest of the order out to our car. Thanks so much y’all!

Yo Dawg, It's what you expect. A bunch of objects so anyone can create or destroy. The employees are great. The older ones are cheerful and helpful and the younger ones ignore you just enough so you can accomplish your goals.
The return policy is golden. I use it like an oversized garage that stores all my stuff. Buy one of everything and return what wasn't needed.
Have you ever had a nightmare were you live here. I frequent Lowe's too much to be healthy.

Chuck was awesome! He assisted us with ordering a plumber come out to our house to install a new toilet that we bought from Lowes. The plumber will bring the toilet with him when he comes to our house to install it.

Waynesville Lowes was out of cedar split rail fencing. This location had plenty. Also, I saved over $100.00 on plants and trees 50% off! They were in perfect condition. Always appreciate the Military Discount. 🤑

I was at the West Asheville store and a guy named Zack, helped me in a big way!! I was in and out in 15 minutes thanks to him!! He knew his stuff and great attitude! I told him I appreciate what he does because my job, is very similar as his! Way to go Zack 5Star customer service!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Close to home, usually somewhat decent selection, they don’t stock everything that other area stores do, but they are smaller store than others too. Staff are helpful and have been nice. Store is normally in good shape, decently cleaned and organized.

This is my go-to home improvement store. This is where I buy virtually all of my materials, tools, and such. I like it so much that I drive by another orange-themed home improvement store to get to this one. I would say that the other orange-themes store is a mile closer to my house and yet, I still drive to this Lowe's. It is easily the best home improvement store on this end of town.

Got great service today at Lowes! Needed a board cut to fit into my SUV, and they did it right away. I believe Home Depot will no longer do this.... which is why I came here.
I'll be back for some landscaping supplies next.

I had a scheduling conflict for an appliance delivery. It was my fault and when I called to see if I could reschedule or figure out a solution the delivery department was AMAZING! The person I spoke with spent time on the phone with me and even called the driver with me on phone. When it was actually time for delivery, the driver called and was very communicative. Even sent me pics to ease my stress. All my fault and they still were so kind and helpful. Help like that is hard to find these day. Hope Lowes is taking care of these hardworking folks.
