I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one!
I bought a Range Rover from Car Concepts 4 U four years ago. That experience was great and that vehicle has been my favorite. Unfortunately, I was in a pretty bad car accident last month. I was in desperate need of a car, I went back to Car Concepts 4 U.
I saw Mike and his team for help and despite how busy they were this was by far the best experience I have had buying a car.
Mike is very personable and professional. He explains everything clearly and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. He offers affordable down payments and unbeatable interest rates!
He is also very compassionate. You can tell he really cares about his clients and how they feel during the entire process.
Right from the moment I walked into the car lot everyone I interacted with was amazing.
I will be referring everyone I know to Car Concepts 4 U!

Mike always has good cars.If you have any problems he will always take care of them. He has reasonable down payments and probably the lowest monthly payments in the city. Always a good idea to go. Check him out first before you go to a big dealership. His cars are just as nice.

Even when I had to get a repair done on the truck they even Knocked off $500 on my total bill. Great people to work with. Will recommend anybody to shop with them. I purchased a 2008 range rover sport supercharged 2 years ago for a great price. I did my due diligence on the pre purchase inspection and considering the vehicles age it was in great shape with normal wear and tear. The sales process was straight forward and smooth. I would recommend doing business with them again.

Cars look nice but website not up to date I felt as if the man was trying to scam me, i called first and he said his down payment ranges from 1500-3000. When I get there it's a different story but I brought enough to buy any of the cars with me . I've bought many cars but he wouldn't let me test drive until I put 2500 in his hand, the car I wanted started too slow and he seemed like he wasnt even wanting to sell me the car and named more and more documents he needed including my SOCIAL SECURITY card even though he said he doesnt have to run my credit for the car when ive never been asked that before anyway. I decided to go somewhere where the Salesman doesnt look like he has more questions than me but beware of what is asked of you before buying a vehicle

Friendly people but I was told I would need a $3500 deposit and when I called to let them know I had it, it was changed to a $5000 deposit.

I bought a 2007 Yukon from them. I drove it less than 200 miles. The engine blew. They told me sorry can't help you. $8,500 for the Yukon. $7,900 to have a engine put in. Didn't even offer to help with any of it. BUYER BEWARE HERE. Would have zero stars if it was a option.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would do it. I should have posted this a year ago, but have delayed as I don’t like to rip people or businesses. However, in this case it is necessary. Last November, my father-in law purchased a 2005 F-150 for $7,000 for my son as his first new vehicle. The truck was beautiful on the inside (except for a small tear in the driver seat). The paint job looked really nice as well. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the dealer presented the truck dishonestly. As we learned within a month, this dealership knowingly and intentionally sold a rusted out vehicle (with massive rust to the frame and body panels). To disguise the rust, he painted the lower section of the body panels and the wheels to match. In addition, he sold it with a warn out transmission. As we finalized the paperwork, he made a comment that he was providing a 6 month power train warranty through Penn Warranty. With less than 350 miles of normal driving (to and from work) the transmission gave out. In working with my local transmission repair company for over two months, Penn Warranty said that they were not liable for the repair as there was obvious damage to the transmission prior to the sale of the vehicle. After the transmission repair( paid out of pocket), it was learned that the rusted frame was to such a poor state that the frame started to bend when picked up on a car lift. For the last nine months the truck has sat as it is not safe to drive. Now I am left with having to try to recuperate some of our lost money through piercing the truck out for parts. Buy from here at your own risk.
