I called Mantz looking for a tire and they had one, got me in on short notice and had me out the door in just a few minutes. If there were 10 stars, I'd select it. I'd recommend to anyone! Staff was very polite.

Steve and the rest of the crew were absolute life savers. I went in on last Monday expecting to get a tire plugged. They showed me where it could not be repaired and I could see why. Unfortunate, but I also knew I really needed a new set of tires anyhow. They didn't have a used tire for me but they aired me up since it was a slower leak. Steve talked to me about tires and ordering tires. I came back the next day (a me problem, not them) and he ordered tires for me that would be in the next week. Mantz aired me up any day I would stop by needing more air while we awaited the tire arrival which was so helpful and a total life saver. The tires came in on the day they said they would, they ordered the right tires that I requested, and honestly they were a better deal than what I had found online for the same tires. I stopped after lunch on the day the tires would arrive, like advised and not all tires had arrived. Two tires came on one truck and the other two a little later than they thought. I gave them my card and asked them to call me when the others arrived, then I took my worn out rubber back to the road 🤣. Steve totally did call me! He didn't forget me! I got tied up making my way to the shop on the day the tires came in, I got there at about 5:30 when they close at 6 but they were still nice enough to install my tires. They gave me and my tires the amazing care and customer service they had given me before and all the customers I witnessed on my visits. They didn't rush it or do it sloppy. Just quick and efficient as I've always seen them work. I really can not thank them enough for their patience and assistance. I am so glad I went to Mantz and would both recommend them and use them again!!!!

Had a tire going flat. They got me in quick and found that the tire was leaking around the valve stem. Quick fix and great service. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Really appreciate you guys being open on a Saturday, and Billy is a class act and a world class mechanic. Needed my front break pads replaced, and an oil change.

I had already bought my own replacement pads, Billy also took the time to make sure my calipers were greased good and de-rusted my rotors. Lastly, he took the time to explain everything to me as he was doing it so I understood what to do next and keep up on things. Always nice to chat it up with a fellow yankee expat in the south 😎

All for $185, can’t beat that, I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely stellar shop! I cannot stress enough how awesome they were for me. They went well above expectations and I won't use any other tire shop in all of western NC.

I am from out of town and needed a tire repair. Went to a couple of places that did not want to take the job late in the day even though it was a quick 15 minute repair. Met a local who referred me to Mantz and got there just before closing. Knowing I was in a bind they did not hesitate and took care of the repair in a quick and efficient manner. Mantz works hard to make sure you get your tires as quickly as possible. These guys hustle and do a fantastic job for a great price. They've taken care of me and mine several times and I am grateful for their willingness to work and to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Great work!

We had no idea where to go figuring we had a nail in our tire. Coming from Glenville nc we traveled to these guys. The technician was great. Greeted us and took care of us immediately.

While on a family get away, several hundred miles away from home, we got the unfortunate nail-in-the-tire. Not only were we far from
Home, but it was a Saturday.
I called ahead and checked to see if they had my tire in stock. They had several used tires available in the case that my tire went flat on the drive in.

When I arrived, Steve welcomed me with a smile and him and Fernando looked at my tire. They pulled the screw out and checked for a leak. Unfortunately there was a slight leak so Steve guided me into the bay, and began work.

Within 10 minutes, the tire was off the car, fixed, and back on the car. Steve also gave me some insight on how to make sure I get the most life out of the repair, which I have never had a technician do for me, in my adult life.

Thank you Steve for a warm experience in helping us get back on our vacation worry free.

Mantz tire is truly an amazing shop!! I had theses locked on lug nuts that I couldn’t get off with my tool because I lost it. Ended up talking to the guys working here and they were able to take it off fast and efficient. Replace my tires and I’m off on the road, literally only 25 mins. I will definitely come back to this shop when ever I need tires. Your staff here are truly one of a kind! Thank y’all so much!!!

5 stars from me. Here's why:

First off, they don't throw your wheels on the ground face first. They take a few extra seconds so they don't scratch up the rim's finish. They treat your wheels with way more care than typical. This is important to me. I like keeping stuff as new as can be.

They also do a few key polishing and cleaning steps before they mount the tire, so you're not getting mystery wobbles as your car drives down the road.

So, good mechanicmanship is happening here.

Second, I had technical questions and a certain wobble in my steering wheel to work out. I suspected it was coming from the wheels for a few reasons. This all happened as it should. He knew his stuff and got all the wobble out. All... The... Wobble... Is... Gone. I love it. My car drives like new again!

And a big thank you to them. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my car. They not only handled my pedantic nature with practiced communication skills, but they took me seriously and my car is way better for it.

I don't think I'll ever want to go anywhere else for tires. This is the place for me.

Aside from watching the workers work their butts of while still being super kind and helpful, Matthew was the one who swapped out my tires for a very very good price as well. Super speedy and hard working. Somebody tell his boss to give him a raise! Very good place to go if you need new or used tires!

Honestly was the best experience I’ve had. They were able to get me on the weekend which they’re only open from 10-2. I went in to get just my tires and brakes done but was told I needed other things but was never forced into getting it done immediately. The man ordered the parts for me and took his time working on my car but all together was only about an hour wait. The price was very fair considering what I needed done and overall he was very nice and explained to me what needed to be done as well as showed me. I will be a returning customer for sure and I recommend this place to anyone who needs tires or brakes done.

They were very busy, so getting an appointment is recommended. Still, I was in and out in a little over an hour. Had my tire size and it wasn't expensive. Hard working guys. Will go again.

We had a split tire on our RV and were lucky enough to find their number. They had the tire we needed and we were out of there in less than an hour. The gentlemen were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’m so glad we found them.
