O'Reilly Auto Parts

Visited the location in Sylva,NC and the staff was very helpful and professional. The assistant manager Dave was very helpful in diagnosing my friend's Jaguar. The store was very clean inside and out. Will be a repeat customer. Also thanks to the other employee who helped my friend as well. Sorry I didn't get his name.

This is hands down the only auto place I will go to in the future! Dave, the tech there, was so freaking amazing and helped explain issues I was having with my car that I had suspicions was related to my battery. my battery died this morning and I had to call people crying trying to get a jump. When I got a mechanic out to come put and get my car started, I came to the store and Dave was able to find my receipt from 2021 showing I had bought my battery here and it was in warranty! The cold snaps we've been having had been draining the battery pretty harsh and I was concerned it may be my alternator. Dave was able to test everything out and it was just a bad battery. Dave, you are literally saved my day <3

We had a wonderful woman help us yesterday. I believe her name was Allyson, she was absolutely fantastic and very patient. She explained the difference between parts patently and in a way we could understand. She made the entire experience amazing.

Allyson has helped me twice at the Sylva location and has been so kind and helpful. Everyone I have encountered there has been great. This is one of my auto stores of choice locally for sure.

I will never go to another auto parts store unless it's out of absolute necessity. The staff here is awesome, and helped me get all the right things I needed for my car. They saved me some dollars, and i do appreciate that. Very knowledgeable about the brands they carry, and very helpful.

I love this store! Staff are very knowledgeable,courteous & friendly. Excellent location & parking . Don't have to spend all day + their bonus reward points really do pay off. If they do not have what you need in stock, no problem, it will be ordered & quickly received! Prices & quality can't be beat! Blessed to have this store in Sylva,NC.

Kam is the man. He went above and beyond his job to help me out. He gave great advice, took the time to check the part directly on my vehicle, and took extra time to custom make a hose line, all while helping multiple people at the same time. Give this man the store, or at least a hefty raise $$$

After leaving advance Auto parts that didn't even knowledge I was in the building, I went to O'Reilly's everyone in the store was very friendly. I like to thank Dave for helping get what I needed. Friendliness goes a long way. Thank you Dave for helping a out-of-towner.

I came in looking for some new wipers for my car and I’m never bought wipers before so I got help from Kam I think was his name. He was super helpful and very nice. Definitely will be back hopefully Kam will help again!

These guys got what I needed to me quick some places order for you then u never hear from them not these guys soon as it came in they called me and I was surprised so I went to pick up my items I appreciate them for that

Five dollars sale for motorcycle oil and they had my 1981 filter and changed it in the parking lot. Clean bathroom with great soap to get the oil of my hands. Very good and helpful staff.

James at the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. Took care of everything I needed with a smile and helpful suggestions. Will certainly be going back for any of my parts needs.

Damn pretty good Stafford O'Reilly's there in Silva North Carolina I'm friends with Dave and a lot of other staff but they tend to take care of you know you better name and they go out of the way to help you as a real good auto parts place God bless

Bought a new air filter. Found out it is located inside a box have to remove the air hose ???? Lol The Gentleman who sold me the filter was super nice and helped me put it on. Thanks David P. In Sylva you're awesome.
