How can you love a trip to the doctor? You start out with a medical problem, then get poked and prodded with devices stuck up your nose, and tongue depressors stuck down your throat. But, when the doctor comes up with a workable solution, it's worth it. So it was here. Doctor is caring, concerned and knowledgeable and professionally addressed my issue. The support staff is friendly and caring. And it seems he solved my medical issue. Great. I recommend Mountain Ear Nose and Throat.

This is a wonderful practice! The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I never had to wait to be checked in or wait to see my clinician. Kristen Brooks and Robin Pope are fantastic PAs, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Kosnik is an excellent surgeon, skilled and amiable! I highly recommend this practice!!

The staff here are very nice. I took my autistic daughter here to have her ears checked and they were patient with her. The fact that they were fine with me accompanying her throughout her whole visit was important to me and her. Thanks for caring.

Except for the inevitable paperwork, I did not have a long wait time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional but they engaged in small talk and made you feel welcome.
The new building is roomy and beautiful. But in my opinion, the waiting room could use a little bit of wall color like peach or violet with color corresponding borders.
My favorite part is this....the Dr. actually read my file before he came in. Most Doctors just take the file, walk in and ask what is going on! So why fill out all of those papers? This is great! Highly recommend.

I never have to wait in the waiting room for long periods. Hey have seen both Robin Pope and Dr Buenting. I find them both knowledgeable and professional and I always get my questions answered. When it is time to get my follow up appointment I always get an appointment in a timely manner.

I received a referral for a doctor at Mountain Ear, Nose and Throat Associates years ago and I am so very thankful I landed as Dr. Buenting's patient. I have been going to his office for over 10 years. Dr. Buenting understands my sinus issues and I really appreciate his humor, enthusiasm and knowledge. He is the VERY BEST! You can tell he loves his profession and he takes wonderful care of his patients.
This morning I spoke with his assistant about my issue. She was so understanding and said she would talk with him as soon as he arrived at the office. She called me right back and told me what they were going to call in to the pharmacy. I so appreciated this kind of care on a Monday morning.
Both Dr. Buenting and his assistant were wonderful this morning and are always that way when I see him for my chronic sinusitis. I have recommended Dr. Buenting to lots of people and will continue to do so.

I took my daughter here, there was not a long wait, we got back into the room the staff and doctor were VERY friendly, they provided all information needed for after my daughter procedure. We recently had a tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy on our 6 year old. The staff was very efficient in setting everything up and letting us know what to expect. Dr Kosnik is absolutely amazing. He is very honest, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients and it truly shows.

Friendly service, and quick service. Very pleased with the quality of the service recieved. I'm older, diabetic, and I've had a stroke (plus I have severe pneuropathy), and can't clear the wax from my ears anymore. Even thugh this was a step down for people with so much training, I was treated with respect, and now I can hear well again. Thanks again !!! It was "small potatoes" for you guys, but a big deal for me.

Great doctors, nurses, and staff. Have been seing them for years with chronic sinusitis and allergies. Would highly recommend them and their services, especially the balloon sinuplasty that they now offer in their office. I have normally had 2 - 3 sinus infections in the fall, spring, and summer, but after having this procedure i have only had one. They take the time to get to know you and try treat you in a manner that fixes problems, instead of treating symptoms.
