I am so absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care and attention I've received at Healing Springs! I received a Spa Finder gift card for my birthday and was delighted to find that I could use it here. Hooray!!! By the way, the monthly memberships (massage and facials) are fantastic deals and I highly recommend them!! They also offer many different options to financing such as Care Credit, etc. :) Rosalyn and Dr. Franklin have united the best in medical spa services and customer service and have the vision to deliver the very best this area has to offer. I can't wait to return!!

I recently had a massage with Marie and it was so relaxing. My spa started out with a warm foot bath while I relaxed by the fireplace. They also offered cucumber water, hot tea, and snacks. And, then my massage. The linens were soft and the bed was heated. Marie used essential oils and provided several for me to select from. I went with a blend. The massage was bliss and exactly what I needed. She encouraged me to continue to focus on my breath by taking occasional deep breaths. I also appreciated the warm towels she used throughout the treatment. I would definitely schedule with her again. The spacious locker room was a bonus and the fountain inside just added to the calming ambience. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

My partner and I visited yesterday for a massage and facial each and the massage therapist and esthetician that took care of us were so wonderful! I am terrible at remembering names but they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about us and our needs. I loved hearing about why they were using certain techniques during their services and it shows how well educated they are and that they cater their services towards each individual specifically. Also, the receptionist was so sweet and kind and overall the staff is amazing! We will definitely be back!

What an AWESOME experience!!! The new Healing Springs Spa is exceptional!!! I had a Power Facial with Imane and was totally blown away not just by her technique, but also her insight as to my skin care needs as well as her knowledge and insight. Dr. Franklin instinctively knows what clients need and will never once try oversell you. I sincerely appreciate that and left Healing Springs not only feeling my best but I looked it too and have had many compliments to back it up!!!

Fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The training and quality of therapists really shows and I would go again and again. My skin is much improved and The Pure MD products really work. I received a gift card for my birthday to receive a facial and I think it was the best gift card I have received in a while. Excellent gift for christmas, valentines day or for any reason. Healing Waters really cares and it shows. Everyone loves healing waters.

Excellent experience! I purchased a massage and facial package, and both services were very relaxing. The biggest plus to this spa was the relaxation room - complete with a fountain, crackling fireplace, cucumber water, a selection of hot teas, nuts, and dried fruit. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience today! I bought a facial/massage special and both were completely top-notch! I even got to pay with my spafinder gift card and earned rewards on the Flok app. Highly recommended!

I went in a few months back and had a wonderful facial with Leslie. She gave me tips on how to help with my blackheads and recommended Monica. I saw Monica less than a week later. Both of these ladies were awesome and will continue go there.

One of the best kept secrets in Raleigh/Durham area. I've been going since they opened and continue to get excellent, consistent services. There is low turnover and services continue to expand. They offer frequent specials and I can't say enough good things about their staff. After trying the other high-end spas, I continue to come back to this local favorite.

My husband treated me to a massage at Healing Springs Spa for my birthday. It was my first time and my experience was a delightful one. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted warmly and directed to the women's locker room which was clean and well organized. I placed my belongings there and sat in the waiting room where they played relaxing music and had healthy refreshments. My massage therapist asked me about my problem areas and then we began the session - 1 hour for massage and then 30 minutes for a foot bath. The foot bath made my feet feel soft and smooth. My only con is that I felt quite cold in the facility. It was already a chilly fall day combined with the fact that it was cold during my massage. A plus is that there is a great shopping area where the spa is located for your retail therapy needs! Overall, my experience was a pleasant one and I plan on coming back!

I purchased a Couples Spa Day Experience with 90-Minute Massage from Groupon to try Healing Springs for the first time. I am surprised I didn’t know about this place sooner as it is in a popular shopping center across from Southpoint Mall. The atmosphere here is amazing, someone has gone out of his or her way to create an upscale, clean, and relaxing environment. The mens/womens locker rooms provide you with an area to change into your robe and slippers and secure your personal belongings. Once changed we sat in the relaxation room flanked with a water feature and a gas fireplace to enjoy a small glass wine and a foot soak. The two ladies taking care of us were Elsie (?spelling) and Samantha were wonderful every step of the way, giving directions and ensuring we wanted for nothing. The whirlpool was great but the water was VERY hot when we tried to get in and had to spend precious time trying to add cold water to it. I did like that, they set it on a timer so I could shut my eyes and not worry about what time it was. Our massages followed but were completed in different rooms. I enjoyed the heated bed but with the hot soak beforehand, I was pretty hot, my husband stated the same thing. The massage was very relaxing and I am positive I slept though half of it. As with all spa experiences things never last long enough. I did take a look at their regular pricing and was kind of shocked at how much a couples massage would be full price. We normally go to Wellville Massage & Healing Arts where their prices are much more reasonable but Healing Springs does have a better atmosphere. My husband and I are spoiled from a spa we visit each year in Mexico but this experience was one of the nicer ones I have had stateside. I would rate them higher if it was not for that fact and we plan to go again to enjoy a deep tissue massage next time.

Very happy with Healing Waters, and here are the reasons why:

Botox: Kristin is a true artist. I’ve seen other places advertise really low cost per unit, but if they don’t know where or how to inject it properly, you are wasting your money.

Dr. Franklin takes time to answer your questions, explain your process, and what to expect during your procedure. He makes himself available and accessible as needed. Make sure you’ve done your research and ask questions until you have the answers you need. Dr. Franklin always answered my questions, and not once did I feel as if I was bothering him or asking a “dumb” question. I would confidently recommend Dr. Franklin to friends and family.

Roslyn has always been gracious and patient every time I’ve interacted with her. I had to postpone one of my follow-up appointments this week, and Roslyn called to make sure everything was ok and to ensure I had no issues or complications.

All this reminds me of the saying – “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I am very happy with the care of Healing Waters.
