I want to give a shout out to Derrius M. at Sherwin Williams located at 7201 Sandy Forks Road in Raleigh. He was an excellent help to me when I came in to look at colors for a project I had the next morning at 8am. I left with some paint chips and a paint deck that he advised me to purchase so I could have all the Sherwin Williams paint colors at my fingertips. Derrius also helped other customers in the store and handled it all like it was breeze even though he was the only one working at the time. Stop in to see Derrius on your next project. You won't be disappointed.

My husband had placed an online order for a few samples earlier in the day. He called about 5:15 to see if the order was ready Trey answered and looked for the order. The order had not come through the online system but Trey offered to make the samples right away. My husband couldn't remember the color names so couldn't tell Trey what sample colors to make.
I called back about 5:25 and let Trey know what colors. He had them ready by 5:43 when I got there. Top notch service and will definitely be choosing this location for future paint needs because Trey is AWESOME! Thanks Trey!

Tanya made certain that customer satisfaction was achieved, with the great service she provided. She and the other sales clerk assisted customers in a timely manner, considering how busy they were. She took the time to make certain that my contact information was current, as well as made certain that any discounts that I was entitled to, were applied. I would definitely revisit this location, because of the great customer service I received.

The young man who helped me was very attentive. He greeted me right away - took my order of paint- got rollers for me and carried the paint to the car. He also greeted other customers who came in and told them he or someone would be with them shortly. Very good customer service!!!

I had originally given this store a bad review. But after the store manager contacted me and did everything she could to alleviate my issues, I would like to publicly say that my opinions have changed. Thank you to Shay for turning this experience around. I really appreciate the attention you gave me when I was struggling with a color that was not right for me. You are an asset to that store and I hope that you are recognized for that.

This store is a full-line paint store with professional staff that know their products. They can custom-match, and I mean truly match, paint on building materials if you take them a sample on the actual product, unlike the big box stores. The staff is great at problem-solving. As a general contractor, they have helped me out many times.

Lesly at this location is simply the best! She is friendly & professional, but above all she is knowledgeable. She helped me solve a paint color mystery for my HOA & I am so thankful that she was the person who assisted me.

The paint is without equal. The salesperson was very knowledgable and efficient. He was juggling 4 customers with multiple needs. I can't believe I got out with my 9 gallons of tinted paint before the paint dried!

I went in early on Monday to pick up two gallons of ceiling paint. I had not pre-ordered. The staff was very friendly, safety precautions were evident, and I was in and out in just a matter of minutes.

I live near the Sherwin-williams on Creedmoor Rd but the associates dont know much. I drive 6 miles to the one on Sandy Forks.

This is by far the best sherwin williams store in North Carolina.the new manager is awesome, profesional helpful knowledgeable.. the worker are all very knowledgeable and helpful.. always a pleasure to come to this location..
