Oriental food in an orderly, clean environment with good background music that invites you to try the variety of flavors and dishes at your disposal. I loved the Peking duck, they also have dim sum to try the Chinese snacks that are delicious. Friendly staff. highly recommended

I went with my boyfriend for the first time, and was happy they offered a limited dim sum menu at night! They even modified their honey pine nut shrimp to walnuts for us. The service was exceptional from everyone that touched the table.

If you're ever in the Centreville, VA area, I highly advise you to make a special trip to this restaurant. Whenever I go there the staff is very much welcoming and really makes you feel at home. I've never been to Hong Kong and I feel that you can't get any authentic than this restaurant. I've tried many dishes there and all of them has been #1 and you can't go wrong in your selection from the menu. The food has always been freshly cooked and hot off the grill. Thanks Taste of Hong for your generous hospitality and looking forward to my next visit.

Lunch was amazing here. We started off with a lovely hot barley tea. It was exactly what I needed to prepare my tummy for this scrumptious spread. I had the bibimbap, my goodness that was deliciously made. The rice was crunchy and the meat was very tasty. The beef patties, forget it, they were out of this world good and I crumbled some in my bibimbap bowl for that extra blast of flavor. The owner herself was there and took care of us. I highly recommend this place to eat. The care and attention to their customer's needs are on point. The wait was expected for the amount of food ordered and well worth the short wait. I cannot wait to go back!! Don't forget, tip your waiter!!

The waiter was friendly and helpful with suggestions! We got "boat boy" congee (squid, peanuts, and beef), some noodle dishes, salt and pepper pork chops and fish with mixed vegetables, (I think leek flowers?). We had plenty to eat and took some home. Everything was flavorful! This places dim sum is also good, we've had it in the past. The also have roasted meats.

The food was very good and the service was fantastic! It may be possible that I had the best server that I have ever had.

Large restaurant with very sparse decorations. Hardly anyone eating at 6:30pm, but a reasonably steady, albeit small set of customers.

Service was prompt and friendly. They don’t speak the best English, but I’m far from a picky eater so that doesn’t bother me in the least. The menu has basic descriptions, but it helps to have had similar meals before if you’re overly picky or have dietary restrictions.

The food was fantastic. Spicier than your average Americanized place. Bold flavors and well cooked. I was happy with everything I ordered!

The food is as good as you can get in top Cantonese restaurants. Please keep in mind that authentic food may not agrees with American palate. They also prepare American Chinese dishes.

This place is amazing. They have the best chive dumplings I've had in this country. You will absolutely not be disappointed in this place. If you want authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go.

I'm upgrading this to 5 stars because a friend and I went here for Christmas afternoon dim sum. Best dim sum in the area, easily. All the food, including the dim sum was super fresh, nothing tasted off. I'll be back again on another less crowded day to check consistentcy.

Previous review: If you order the real Cantonese food on the menu, you'll be very happy. If you're looking for americanized Chinese food, go elsewhere.

Really good Chinese food. The BBQ is the star in my opinion. Really friendly staff and their tea is very good. They have dim sum on the weekends which is also pretty good.

What can I say about this place, dropped in at a lunchtime. Food is fully authentic, and so very tasty!

The server was amazing! Truly knew his art and made the whole experience well worth the visit almost in itself. Anticipated our needs before our group even knew what they needed.

I am already looking forward to eating again here. Prices are most reasonable and it appears that they are able to cater for larger parties.

A great place to stop and get authentic Hong Kong style quisin. Some of the hard to find, and difficult to make dishes are on the menu, along with staple American variations. Seating for large and small groups, with quick service and friendly staff. Thank you!

I really enjoyed dining here with my wife. The pan fried noodles were on point and the garlic pork was delicious. The staff were friendly, service was fast, and the vibe was lively. We came for the dim sum but too bad they didn’t have it. Will definitely be back again.

Great service! All three ladies that were serving the dim sum were very attentive,
specially one lady (she was smaller in height compared to the other two). We got dim sum on a Monday! The dim sum was great! As soon as we sat down, we already had the dim sum cart next to us. You get a good amount of selections as well. Overall, great lunch place! Will come back to try their dinner dishes.

This was my family's first visit to Taste @ Hong Kong but it wont be our last. From the moment we walked in until we left stuffed and satisfied, the experience was great. The staff was welcoming and started bringing food to us right away. We went for Dim Sum and the servers were great at explaining what they had. We also ordered some menu items which came very quickly.

The only item we got but didn't like was the sticky rice. It had a very fishy smell to it that nobody at out table enjoyed. Everything else was hot, fresh and done well.

The quality of each dish is amazing! All the meat and seafood is tender and juicy. Their portions are huge yet they always pay attention to small details no matter how big the platter. The vegetables and all the ingredients in every dish are just so fresh and you can totally tell the difference here compared to other Chinese restaurants. They care about their customers and it shows by how much love the employees put into all their dishes. I hated Chinese food, and then I was introduced to this place. I haven't stopped ordering from here ever since. Thank you so much for having such delicious food and such a big menu to choose from.

Dim sum is good. Peking duck is best.
