I was parked in the CVS parking lot taking pictures of incoming aircraft to Dulles. I filled up my memory cards and thought I had brought a spare.

I hadn't. :-(

I trekked into CVS and asked the attendant up front for assistance. He was most gracious in showing me the cards they had available. I was struck by how polite and courteous he was, to the point that I went ahead and bought a few other things in CVS as well.

Politeness in retail is becoming a rare trend these days. When I encounter it, I not only encourage it but I patronize the business too. :-)

Overall, a great experience at the Sully Plaza CVS!

Anywhere you go, you have to wait. It’s a pharmacy store and not a fast food chain. Good service and friendly staff. I was greeted right away and was asked if needed help. It’s better than going to a store where you are seen and not ignored. Thank you!! I hope someone sees this review and acknowledge the staffing at this location.

Good service. Courteous and friendly staff. Not sure why there are bad reviews. The drive in at times can remain unattended. Only disappointment is the location stopped being a 24/7 acess point.

I love this CVS. I get all of my parents' medications sent here and they are very quick at filling them.

I only needed to stop by for a quick visit, but I was able to easily find what I needed for a price worth paying. The checkout process was easy and friendly.
