Mudpies & Lullabies Preschool Anna

It’s wild to read all these negative reviews cause my 3 year old just started part time care here and is very vocal about everything and anything and she LOVES IT. She loves the staff, she loves the kids and she loves the actual school. We toured all the child care places and preschools in the area and Mudpies was the only one that checked all the boxes. They make you aware of their policies prior to coming and everyone one I’ve “run into” makes sense for the kiddos schedule and consistency. We have access to the camera to see my child playing all day and she is thriving so far. The staff has been so welcoming and we always get a good morning and smiles which tells you a lot when everyone presents to be happy to be there at 8 in the morning. Grateful to have found a place for my child that I can trust.

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 3 months old. He is now 2 and half. If you need a daycare that has cameras, good pricing, great people that will work with your child, then go here!
These ladies that take care of all the children are amazing. So happy we found them!!!

Our little man has been there since he was 3 months old. All of his teachers along the way have been so kind and attentive. They keep parents well informed and communicate daily about your children. This has been a fabulous first school for our little one. Would highly recommend!!!

Friendly staff, consistent routines, flexible schedules (especially for part time), and lots of socializing for the kids. Great experience!

I’m a staff memeber here and I have 2 kids of my own who go here. We love our school family, and thankful for the teacher who take care of my kids. My son was 2 when I started here and he didn’t really talk but once he started here he started to talk all thanks to his teacher in the discovery class.

We absolutely love this place and the staff. My daughter has been going for years now. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

If I could give this place a rating of NEGATIVE I would. I could literally write a page about this place but in short I am wondering why this place is still in business. It’s dirty, the staff are unprofessional and disorganized. It should have been shut down like yesterday! Let me tell you reviews are very important. I wish I could have read them prior to taking my daughter there. I was surprised to see reviews about child abuse. Pay attention and don't waste time taking your kids there please. I felt like crying after leaving my daughter there the first day. The staff were unprofessional and very unaccommodating.

I STILL WANT MY REFUND ($187) BACK. THIS PEOPLE ARE PURE FRAUDS!!!!!

Took my daughter there the first day only to get turned around because they said according to their policy you can’t bring kids after 9am. On the 2nd they came up with another policy regarding lunch. All their policies were becoming excessive, which they never even offered in a parent's handbook. On the 3rd day I didn’t take my daughter there because I arrived home late from work. On the fourth day I received another email regarding their policy. I called them the next day and requested for my daughter to be withdrawn and requested for a partial refund since she was only able to attend one day. I told them to take the $25 application fee and funds for the one day she attended and give me back the rest of my money but they refused. And never heard from Amber the director over there.

A DAY CARE SHOULD BE ACCOMMODATING TO PARENTS AND KIDS. NOT CONVENIENT TO THE STAFF . SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN PLEASE.
