Before your first appointment, they will let you know an expected cost for the appointment and frame allowance. I was also given a trial pair of contacts and, when I did not love them, we easily switched. There is no charge for follow ups within 60 days in order to confirm the contact rx. I felt like everything was adequately explained to me and I love my new glasses ☻

I went in to order my glasses and had a great experience with Rosemarie, she helped me adjust 3 pairs of glasses that I didn't buy there. She justed wanted to make sure I could see clearly and use the glasses I had paid to have progressive lenses put on. She took it a step further and took the time to not only adjust each of my glasses but taught me how to use this trpe of progressive glasses. Thank you so much for caring even though you just met me, I will always be grateful.

My wife and I have been coming here for 15 years or so. Always great service from the eye doctors to staff at front desk and second desk.
If there is one person who stand out then and now has to be Alex DeLeon
Everytime I have come in to get my eye glasses readjusted and if I get lucky and get Alex my eye glasses will be adjusted perfectly.
Alex seems to put more attention in getting eye glasses adjusted and to fit perfectly more than rest of staff.

I've been coming to this since I was a kid. Going way back when they were across the street at Crossroads (Wonderland) mall. I've tried other places at the beginning. However this is the best place for me and my family.

1) They work well with my insurance. 2) They have a great selection to choose from. 3) The place is always clean. 4) Everyone is always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. 5) They gave us a list with three different prices; that our insurance will cover. Each price has a list of frames to choose from. So anything above that price we simply pay the difference. This way we're not having to figure out how much out of pocket we're having to pay.

6) Eample - Recently I just went there to have my eyes exam and order new glasses. My wife was there with me and she was doing the same. I was seen first and while I was in the back. My wife with a staff member buying me a new frame. I had broken my old one; before Christmas. They helped her find a new one and took my old lenses out to place into the new frame. They helped give us they're opinion on the frames we're looking at. They also explain why they would go with certain ones. While we're ordering our glasses. They itemized everything for us. This way we knew how much our insurance paid for, and how much we were paying. They never rushed us on anything. The doctor took her time with the exam to make sure We had exactly what we needed. We both walked out that day with our glasses order. Also very happy that they took care of us. We both will definitely keep coming back like always.

First off I love Dr. Fox, I had the pleasure
of meeting her a couple years ago. She is so easy to talk with and very detailed in her examinations and takes time with her patients.
Customer service is the best! Rosemarie, has been there a very long time . Well most of their staff are career people at Jackson and Lujan. Today I went in with my son's glassed he accidentally broke them, they're no longer under warranty. He is severely nearsighted and I just couldn't afford to buy new glasses. Rosemarie took her time to find him some new temples installed them and in no time we were on our way. Thank you all from my family to all of yours. You really are the best and the definition to GREAT customer Service.

Dr Fox was very informative and communicative with my daughters exam. It was the first time my kids getting seen for contacts and the ladies that helped them were so patient and kind .Thank you guys.

This place was absolutely amazing 🔥🔥🔥 🔥🔥 I literally left laughing from conversation from the employees and Dr. Williamson was amazing and knowledgeable at her job and highly recommend her! The selection of glasses was perfect and the sanitization of the touched demos made me feel safe and the social distancing guidelines were followed perfectly. Of all the business I’ve been to in my life this has been by FAR the best. I would provide pics but what is already there is pretty sufficient!

I was getting for work and I accidentally washed one of my contacts down the drain. My work wouldn’t allow me to call in. I called Jackson and Lujan. They were super helpful, they allowed me to replace my contact and my wonderful brother picked it up and brought it to me. I then handled my exam with them the next day. They saved me at work as a nurse!!

I really like coming here. Everyone is always so friendly, patient and thorough. The optometrists always have your best interests in mind and do everything they can to make sure you get the best prescriptions for your needs.

Dr.Fox is AWSOME I have seen her for the last 7yrs. maybe more but she is GREAT . Always asks how Im doing she is not there just to work she makes me feel like family. I also love the staff Monica has been my glasses designer for more than 10 yrs. I just love everyone that helps me.

Waited longer than would’ve liked however the staff is kinda and friendly. I got my eyes examined by Dr.Williamson she’s the best! She talked with me and answered any questions I had about any concepts relating to eyes and answered happily, and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend they service. I’ll come back for sure.

I did a walk in for exam and ordering glasses.
They were busy with many clients so waited for 45 minutes to be seen but i was a walk in ..
And i had no issues w customer service

Now am waiting on my glasses so far..Im praying it doesnt take the three weeks they said it MIGHt take..as i really need them.plzzzz!!!!

Doctors and staff very efficient. Helped me making a choice on my glasses explaining extracto y what my insurance covered in detail .
When I had an eye injury the doctor was very professional with a lot of experience and gentle with my care and concerns . Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I had been come here for years. I just recently relocated back here in San Antonio. And I can tell you this is the one place I would come to again and again. I tried contacts for the first time and the staff was great. They were so patient with me as I tried to find the right fit for me. I ended up with glasses after I determined contacts are not for me. And I was still given the same great service.

Dr. Marquez was fantastic! Very informative and supportive. I did not understand how negative or bland my previous experiences had been (MA, CT, PA, MD!!) until this appointment. Should I have another contract in Tx next year, I will make the drive. Thank you!

Staff are always so nice and helpful. Also, my glasses arrive fairly soon and exam and checkups are extremely quick and easy.

This place is awesome . I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses for a great price one is MK and the other is coach , they were really helpful ,nice and patient . Love how everyone greets you as soon as you walk in . They always have glasses that are in style .100% satisfaction .

I have been a patient of Dr. Sheppard for a few years, and she always gives excellent care. This year she saw an abnormality and suspected Glaucoma. Thanks to her attention and dedication, i am receiving treatment so i don't have further sight loss. THANK YOU!!

Went in there to get my glasses fixed (a screw fell out). The employees there were very friendly and didnt charge me to get it fixed. It was fixed very quickly as I was waiting. I would definitely recommend them.
