Order was perfect! Drinks were delicious! Service amazing, the barista even decorated our cups with cute stickers!

I came early for my online order, but the barista with the pink hair was super kind :) They were working hard during rush!

Always a warm welcoming, everyone is always so kind will always go to this location.

Carla is the best employee. However, she was not there today. In my order, I got a venti iced Americano. Well, it came half full 😡 this is the second time this drink has been messed up. Plus, I called to try to get a new one & got hung up on!? Not happy.

First time here and it was a great experience, the lady was so nice I'm the window!

Excellent service and great atmosphere! Only issue I have is how the drive thru is set up coming off the main street and going through the IHOP & Starbucks parking lot. If you are parked in the IHOP & Starbucks parking, it's hard the get out because the drive-thru line blocks you in when it's b usy. Poorly designed drive-thru/parking designed.

I love the people at this Starbucks. Generally a fan of the whole franchise, but this store in particular is great. They are super busy all the time and occasionally they are out of things, but they almost always have smiles and a positive word for the customers.

Please don't run out of Nitro Cold Brew!!

The people who work at this Starbucks are the kindest people I have met even when the drive-through line is winding long down the road they keep their positive attitude and make my day every time I come here. I hope they know how much they’re appreciated.

Janesville Wisconsin Starbucks. Have never seen a busier drive thru! Was so much faster going in and ordering. Was very busy inside, but the crew were fast and efficient. Hardly any wait. Drive thru was full and backed up to the exit the entire time we were there. Go inside and order.

Customer service here was a breath of fresh air! Shoutout to Marissa who was so genuinely friendly that it made our entire day! The drinks were delicious and the food was prepared perfectly. :)

Been drinking nothing but awful coffee on the road for two days. This place saved my life. Finally, a good quality roast made respectably one cup at a time by pour-over. Special nod to the delightfully hospitable and thoroughly conscientious barista (in glasses) who prepared my order. 👍☕🔥🔥🔥

I love treating myself to Starbucks when I'm out shopping here and there. I have never had a problem with this location. The staff is friendly and my drinks are always good! I usually don't have to wait long for my drinks, either. The only issue is the drive-thru. It wraps around into the parking lot and can be quite a hassle if other people need to leave to get out and you are sitting in line in the drive-thru because you will be in their way. I usually go inside to get my drinks at this location because of that. Overall, I would recommend this location!

Yesterday I stopped at Starbucks in Janesville, WI for coffee. After I placed my order the Barista told me that they didn't have the Hazelnut flavor available, but she could offer me another flavor choice. She very pleasantly rattled off the choices, but nothing really worked so I said, "It's all good. I'll just take Pike Place instead." She again mentioned she'd be happy to give me another flavor, but I said it was no big deal and the Pike Place was fine. I held out my phone so she could scan it when I got up to the window, but she was already shaking her head no. "This one is on me," she said. "You were so pleasant and kind and all day I've had nothing but nasty people when we didn't have something they wanted, so please enjoy."

This is a good location. They may be busy in the drive-thru but, if you go inside you can avoid the wait. The staff here has always been very friendly and professional. I've have only had to wait a long time once in the drive-thru. The quality of the Java Chips is good. I always get the same drink (because I'm a freak 😉) and they are pretty consistent although the quality isn't as good as the Monona, WI location. Something about the quality at that location is better than most. This location is still a very good location!
