Store is well laid out. Great ad prices that are a wide variety. The meat/seafood, deli and bakery selections are definitely worth the trip.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were offered samples of deli items, we inquired about, by a very pleasant young man. We live about an hours drive away, in Illinois, so we plan a trip every 4 to 6 weeks. They carry items we've not seen near home, so we restock and enjoy the drive and lunch out!

I Love this Festival grocery store in Janesville-! The staff (of All ages) are so friendly & very customer service orientated. I really feel welcome anytime I shop here-!

Hands down BEST GROCERY STORE SUSHI IN JANESVILLE!!!!!!! We pick this place over sit down restaurants when we need our sushi fix!!! I would also say they have the best bakery. Their bread and muffins are so fresh and to die for! Try the turtle muffins if you haven’t yet!!

Great store, well stocked, everything we needed. Friendly clerks, helpful deli staff with great ideas. Best seafood supplied with fresh shrimp, crab, lobster - favorite go to store!

Super nice people, but that might really just be all of Wisconsin. We were here visiting my parents from the SF Bay Area. I warned my wife she might not be able to find things like star anise, lemongrass, and Vietnamese fish sauce in Janesville, but they had all that and more. Oyster sauce, sriracha. Great fresh deli selection, and a wonderful upstairs dining area. We bought a lot of food, and the checker made sure we got every credit we could. Highly recommend.

the nicest man on planet earth is employed here. he is a cashier working the night shift and his name is Alexander. I came to this festival with a friend and was moved to tears by the kindness of this one guy.

Friendly & Helpful Staff, Good selection of Grocery Items. Produce is Fresh, Deli has some great items. But it is pricey . Find many items cheaper at Walmart , or Woodman's.

We love festival food. They have a great premade food selection we love. Saves us lots of time and is delicious and priced well. Also great for quick lunch breaks when time is short. Love the upstairs dining area and absolutely love that they have a play room for kids. Definitely a much nicer store to shop in that woodman's.

Super clean and bright store. The produce and delicatessen departments are incredible! I had an absolutely outstanding cashier (Tanya if memory serves). She was quick but thorough and highly attentive with a question I had about my total bill. Very friendly, pleasant, professional yet personable. Along with the fantastic store, she is the reason I will continue to shop at Festival foods! Well done on the staffing! Employees were very accessible throughout the store which is a great change from from the competition! Given the amazing quality of the products and customer service..there really IS NO competition!

Friendly employees ! Everyone greets you or at least makes eye contact and smiles. nice selection all over store. My go to is their fruits vegetables ... always top notch clean and consistently restocked with fresh options never any spoiled or sad looking produce! Remarkable deli seafood and meat dept.
And they are a great supporters of our community.

The BEST customer service in town. I frequently order through Click N Go, the shopper is wonderful. They make excellent substitutions and produce/meat selections. This is the only store in town I can trust to shop for me. Thank you Festival team!

They have great deals. We love buying fresh meat there. The deli/bakery also has an amazing selection. We got these cute cookies this time!

Oh and the employees are friendly, helpful and kind. and if you can not find what you are looking for, just ask and they will order it for you and call you when it arrives.. No other market does that!.
