I received great help from both customer service over the phone, and the two girls working at this store's location the afternoon I stopped by. They helped resolve my issue of receiving two left shoes, and later on when the correct pair didn't fit comfortably, they made the return process very easy and fast. Thank you again for your help!

The woman working was awesome! She asked everyone if they needed help, another size. I did & she returned with another pair. I said "Thanks, I'll put these back" she said "No leave them, I can do that for you". I haven't had customer service like that IN YEARS! Yes, I bought the boots!😁

First time I arrived with my girlfriend to pick up a package my friend ordered for me. Girl here was on a personal phone call which we had to wait for her to get off of. Not to mention once we started talking to her we realized she was on heavy drugs. Kept repeating things, slurred voice, and avoiding eye contact heavily the entire time. She asked me for my phone number 3 different times and still got it wrong.. fine whatever. We left.
Turns out our shoes were both one size to big based on the brand. So we returned the next day after my girlfriend got off work. We arrived 11 minutes before they closed. We saw two young woman in there giggling and joking around. I attempted to open the door at 7:49pm (they close at 8) its a bit of a drive for me. Regaurdless they ignored when I knocked on the door and I saw them hide, because they didn't want to do there jobs.
This place is a joke. Go to rogans. The help is actually helpful and their prices are better anyways. (I dread the fact that I still have to make a return here.)

(Edit) I returned back the next day. Not only were my complaints taken seriously, they were prefoessionally delt with! Shoutout to Julia and Alandra for helping me. Especially Julia, who went far out of her way to turn me from a disgruntled customer to a happy one. Give that girl a raise! Thanks for restoring my faith in famous footwear! Thanks for going above and beyond.

They did not have what I was looking for in my granddaughters size. I mentioned it to the manager and she right away offered to order it for me! They didn't fit her so I returned to the store and the girls were most helpful. They even called another store and the manager is going to bring them in and will call me! I am so happy with the service at this location! Thank you ladies!!

Always find shoes reasonably. They didn't have my size on shoes I wanted. They found them at another store . They sent them to me ups at no charge. I got them in 3 days.

Sales team is always on point!

No complaints other than that the giant computer screens to look up other styles was not working well. They don't seem to have the selection that they used to, especially in younger kids' shoes.

It was very bright, organized and clean. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. Prices were great.
