If you prefer a quiet, casual browse, this is a great place! The folks are friendly when I engaged them and they let me browse in peace until that point. The place is kept organized, clean, and has a good selection of cards. MUCH preferred over a Wal-Mart, Target, Grocery store experience... especially during the holidays!

My wife and I were looking for a card for our Granddaughter's baptism. We'd went to Walmart and couldn't find anything, so I suggested Hallmark,we went in and found the cards we were looking for, I picked up the first one I saw,my wife read it and said she liked it, so we got it and baby's first bible. Over the years, Hallmark has always been a good place to get just the right card you're looking for and other little things that can make the moment just right.

I was in the Janesville, WI Hallmark store on Monday, November 14th, 2022 & was picking out a card for my terminally ill friend. I was having a difficult time making a selection, when your employee, a young woman (sorry I didn't get her name), helped me & then seeing my distress she came from behind the counter & gave me a hug. It was just what I needed...wanted you to know. Thank you for hiring such caring & helpful employees. 🥰

I am a Hallmark shopper and this is by far the BEST one I go to. I travel from another town just to go to this one. Employees have always been kind, helpful and awesome customer service!!! Store is always clean and very organized. Huge variety of gifts for all :) I recommend Hallmark lovers or anyone that is looking for a great experience to come here!!

Great selection of cards, gifts, and caring customer service. There was an issue with my rewards account and I believe it was Lisa who took the time to resubmit all my information. It's my go to place for unique cards and gifts!

The people at Hallmark are always so professional but today the ladies that were working did something that is rarely seen. My wife and I came in and didn’t see that the store was closing in just a few minutes. They never said anything to us or rush us. We didn’t even notice until we were out of the store. We apologize for keeping you late but Thank you for not pushing us out.

I was in Janesville for a bit and decided to stop in here just to browse. The store had a very nice selection of gifts/novelties and the store owner was very helpful!
