Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Yummy. Came here to grab bakery items for breakfast but say they had a breakfast menu at Whalburgers. We got the Nutella banana waffle, berry stuffed French toast and apple pancakes. Very tasty and very filling.

Store was clean and well-stocked. Lots of options for ready-made entrees which looked appetizing. The bakery, deli, meat and seafood dispalys impressive. The fruits and vegetables were fresh, colorful and well-maintained. The prices are a bit higher compared to other stores in the area but there were some good weekly deals advertised. I used self-checkout which was convenient and easy. Saw many employees stocking and assisting customers. A very nice store that has a lot of different departments and variety of items to choose from.

We found the store to be really high quality in terms of live house plants, fresh fruits, vegetables, and deli. But it also charged higher prices appropriate for the grocery items and products sold there. But that is to be expected for a high-end store.

Probably one of my favorite grochery stores . I usually shop at woodmans, since that's the closest. HY Vee is a little more expensive in certain areas but worth it if you're looking for specialty items. They offer a variety of deli meals including walburgers and Starbucks. The seafood selection is great . Bought a tray for about 50 bucks and couldn't even find crab legs at woodmans . The other isles offer a basic selection but with the best stuff . For example, the beauty and hygiene isle doesn't have all the products walmart or woodmans has but carries higher end brands you would see at Ulta . I also find the gift shop area at the front of the store to be absolutely adorable, with flowers and cute spring knick knacks .

Christopher went above & beyond for me. After my dasher couldn't find an item that the store later confirmed was on the shelf, he was able to save my order by delivering himself. He is SO appreciated for doing something he absolutely didn't need to be obligated to but I appreciated it so much.

I ordered a cooked whole Turkey today for an office event. We picked it up and served it today. Hands down the best turkey I’ve had in years! The outside was crispy, the meat was very flavorful and juicy. Cooked perfectly. We also had their Turkey gravy and mashed potatoes. All very good and received compliments from everyone at the office. Thank you for the convenience and wonderful customer service. My friends and family tease me about how much I love this grocery store. I don’t live nearby but do all my shopping here after work. My only suggestion for Hy-Vee - build one by me….we’ll talk!

Nice lay-out of store with lots of choices and options right down to "gourmet" foods. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was delicious and priced reasonably. Very helpful staff and clean. Really enjoy shopping there. They do need to barcode their coupons to make check out a little faster.

Walked in for my 1st time yesterday and it took me 3 hours to get out of the doors. Hy-Vee packed with Plenty of places to pick from so you can enjoy your meal and sit down with your family. Enjoyed going to the Hy-Vee and will be coming back soon. Great place

The deals are some of the best around town! Can't beat being able to check out their dining options before shopping. The absolute best part for our family is the car carts! Keeps the kiddos entertained the whole time.

First time coming here, needed a few last minute items for our Thanksgiving weekend with family. I was able to get everything I needed, The bakery staff was nice and helpful. Lots of friendly faces. Really big store with lots to offer, even a Whalburgers restaurant

The manager patrols the store to make sure everyone is having a good experience. I was carrying some stuff and she offered to bring me a cart. The food court is very good, as well as the bakery.

I've never rated a grocery store before, but this hyvee is very nice. A Starbucks, a wahlburgers with full bar, and a prepared food cafeteria with seating is all inside the store, along with a full bakery, pastry area, cheese counter, deli and specialty meat counter and then you finally get into the butcher and fish areas before entering the "normal" grocery store area. The store was clean, service was friendly, and helpful- they have a gas discount deal at Casey's gas stations too.
The toy aisle and home good section along with the beauty aisle were unexpected. I wish hyvee would open more stores throughout the region. It's a very nice shop.

Hy-Vee catered our wedding and the food was fantastic. I was a little skeptical since our wedding was in Clinton, about 25 minutes from this hyvee, but they really did an excellent job. We had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, almond green beans, salad, shrimp, and some other appetizers. Everything was so fresh and the chicken was perfect. Nice and crispy and so moist. So many of our guests raved about the food and it really made me so happy. The food is to me one of the most important things at a wedding and Hy-Vee really delivered (while also literally delivering).

Our wedding cake was also from here and it was beautiful and delicious!!

Fresh baked bread slice to your liking. And bargains at the register. I like the bakery. A lot of choices. Sourdough hpt and steamy .I drive 17 miles to get here.It better be good!

Hy-Vee has just about everything you need. Their bakery goods are in great portions. Their restaurants are very fresh. They are always well staffed with friendly staff.

Went there looking to see what they had for chicken and found lots of new flavors of chicken can't wait to try them all. Store is clean and workers are helpful didn't make it though the whole store yet

We have done pickup twice. We haven't shopped inside yet. We have a baby, and try to avoid the stores if possible. Pickup is super easy and convenient. Friendly workers. Great produce! Kiwi, strawberries and organic bananas were delicious. They also have an awesome bakery. We even got a thank you card! Our order was a little messed up tonight, but they're so busy so it's understandable. But they went above and beyond to make it right. I didn't even call and complain, it really wasn't a big deal, but they called me! We even received these chocolate covered strawberries for the " trouble". So kind! Thank you Hy-Vee!! Glad to have you here in Janesville.

1st time visiting this store. If you are looking for for something special I'm pretty sure you can find it here. What a beautiful store. I'm from out of town but would like to come back again and bring my husband.
