i don't usually come to this location anymore unless the one that was built closer to me is out of food items, which was the case today, but the service here is always excellent and the employees are awesome. my fibromyalgia was making me have a really difficult morning and when i noticed they put stickers on my spinach wrap i was immediately in a better mood. such a sweet, kind, cute gesture made my day and is a testament to the team of sweethearts they have here. ❤ keep up the good work

Baristas are always pleasant and cheerful. They seem to like their jobs. Order is pretty mush always correct and they fix it if it's not.

This Starbucks has the friendliest people working there than all the other Starbucks in McKinney TX. I’ve been to them all except the ones within a grocery store. This one is my favorite for sure, hands down.

Always quick and friendly service. Usually go the other drive thru. But every time we go they are always very polite and upbeat. And the orders come out fast and correct. :)

Friendly people, yes it is an expensive treat but that just makes me go less frequently.
I would like to say we liked the Cookies and Cream cake pops, but they are always sold out. Or they never make them... Who knows?

This is my favorite Starbucks location! It's become a bit of a bad habit of mine to stop and get some coffee every morning on the way to work, but the ladies at this starbucks are so nice and it's a highlight of my day picking up my coffee from here! Kennedy, Katie, and Chloe are just some of the super nice employees that I can think of, but I think everyone I've ever interacted with at this location has been just as nice and I really appreciate that!! I think everyone deserves a raise here because it probably wouldn't be such a bad spending habit for me if the employees weren't so great :)

Glad I stopped in finally. Nice, wide open location and great place for a little work, good coffee and friendly environment.

Never have to wait long to get my drink, almost always make it perfectly, and the baristas are always really pleasant and communicative. It’s also NEVER busy outside of morning and lunch rushes so I can always turbo through the drive through lane and get some espresso whenever I want.

I've been here several times since the first week it opened. My drinks have been great, and the service is friendly and timely. I admit the parking/drive-thru/entrance situation could be improved especially with the 7/11 next door, but I don't think that's on the store. I usually order ahead with the app, park, pick up, and go.

Great staff and fast service. Your typical Starbucks. I have no complaints - a great location !

Presley with her customer service was Awesome. The staff here treats you exceptionally well every single time. The drinks are always done right I feel this Starbucks location ever since they opened is always been different than others.

Best location in McKinney! The baristas are so friendly every time I go in to buy a coffee and its always clean. Amazing atmosphere, and by far my favorite place to get work done! This Starbucks is always my go-to!

Very impressed with the speed and friendliness of all staff members here. The line today was wrapped around the building and they got through it within 10 minutes. This has become my favorite Starbucks. Sara(h) at the drive thru always has a smile on her face and takes time to talk to youbwhile waiting for your drink to be finished. Highly recommend this location.
