Lakeland RV Ranch and Campground, LLC

We stayed at this Airbnb for my oldest sons birthday party. We kept in communication with “what’s her name” through the entire process and she informed us that we could check in a little earlier than the actual check in time. So we arrived around 1pm and we met Jon. Jon showed us the ropes with the camper we were staying in (sleeps 8 comfortably) and then offered to take us on a tour of the two properties! He took us around in the side by side and showed us the pond and all the cool features and then the little buildings and animals on the main property, then took us to the second property down the road where the clubhouse was! This place is amazing. He offered us cornhole boards, fishing poles and tackle, firewood, and anything else he thought we would enjoy. We had 6 boys there and each one of them had an amazing time. Even us adults! They made this process so easy and accommodating that we will for sure stay there again! If we could rate this 10 stars we would! Thanks so much to the entire staff, starting from “what’s her name” at the top!

We stayed at the Pond Palace airbnb, and we loved it! Would absolutely recommend for family fun!

Such an amazing experience! Although we stayed for one night, we were able to see and enjoy everything! Our sons loved the horses, chickens, ducks, and goats on the property! It was so peaceful and memorable !! Michele was so sweet and patient with us! I love that they are 24hrs and took us in late last night. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will be coming back soon!

We stayed there for our first ever camping trip with our new travel trailer and loved it! Very peaceful and relaxing. Our kids had a blast at the catch and release pond and caught 15 total fish between the two. Only negative was the slow wifi but we used our phone hotspot instead so no biggie. Highly recommend this place.

Lakeland RV Ranch is pretty awesome!! My 2yr old daughter & I have been here since July 2023 & Michele (owner) since day 1 has been on top of her game! Truly takes a lot to run an RV lot, yet these guys take pride in making it a beautiful safe place! Most importantly i know everybody around me & people respect that kids live here when driving! Concerts on the lake, stocked ponds, animals for the kids, clubhouse for parties, treehouse for concert views, laundry, dog washing station..you name it.

I could go on & on about the great experience i’ve had thus far. If you haven’t actually seen the park, come check it out! Not only is it beautiful but they thought of everything.

This place is awesome! The owners are so kind and keep the ranch/rv park so well maintained and clean and the area we used for a reveal party for our first grandchild was just perfect! We had about 30 people and it was very comfortable! We had a kitchen to tend to all our food and ice needs and porch was wheelchair accessible and not much walking needed for those that struggled with walking. They also had industrial size fans we could use to help keep a nice breeze going in the Texas heat and plenty of space for people to hang out and play some games in the shade and enjoy some food and watch the fun in the field! We even got to see a new family of ducks in their pond! The bathroom facility was very convenient and clean, and super cute! If i had an rv it would definitely be a place to stay!!! They have a dog park, horses, goats, chicken coup, dog washing station, basketball court and even a stage on the pond shore where they have concerts! Just such a great place ran by great people!

Absolutely wonderful RV Ranch! I cant say enough great things about the ranch which includes a super location, easy pull-through access, friendly neighbors and many other amazing amenities (check out their site). Also, Michele, Allen and Jon are super to work with. Love it here!!

We have spent the last 10 months at Lakeland rv ranch and we’ve been so thankful to be in a place with amenities, beautiful property, great privacy, and even better management. Everything has been smooth since day 1, I can’t recommend it enough! They are always working to grow, and make sure every short term or long term stay is the best. I can’t say enough good things about the park manager, Jon and Allen the grounds keeper! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

My husband and I have stayed here for 2 years and have loved it (just be careful of walking on the gravel). Michelle, John, and Alan are wonderful and kind and are always looking for ways to keep improving The Ranch. We will miss being out here in the country and being able to see the horses!

We loved it here and sad to go. This family is so hospitable. We stayed here at Christmas they had a get together we had pictures with Santa activities for the kids. Definitely a place to stay with kids and pets.

Cute little ranch style campground. Got everything you need here. For the price it’s so sweet and cozy and the staff are super friendly. Would gladly stay here months at a time!

Wife and I met some friends who are temporarily living here and stayed over Memorial weekend. We had a blast. It's a nice, peaceful, and relaxing getaway in the country. The manager, John, is very personable and helpful.

They have a pond, some livestock, a rec room, laundry facilities, an ice machine, and a stage where they occasionally host bands. The camper we rented was newer, the A/C blew cold, and we thought the price was very reasonable. We recommend and hope to go back sometime.

Nice park well managed by the owner, Michelle. Quiet. Good Wi-Fi and very reasonable rates for rent and electricity. Good water pressure. 50 amp service. 5+ stars!

We love Lakeland RV Ranch!! It's quiet and peaceful. And my girls are in love with the horses and chickens. Wonderful management and great neighbor campers. I highly recommend this campground.

Just finished up a month's stay here and it has been very positive from every perspective. Michele was very accommodating in helping me get my reservations settled after a few issues trying to get out here from Georgia, her, Jon and Allen are really good people and I've always had access to someone when needed. The place is located out away from any major roads or township but still close enough to get what you need when you need to run errands, restock or eat out. Also there's a lake park and boat landing less than a mile down the street. The place is clean and well maintained and even though it stays at capacity there's no issues with noise or problem tenants that I've seen or heard of from others whom I've spoken to that have been here longer. The park is much bigger and more spread out than it appears on the map as well as the width of the lanes in front and back of the units and everyone is respectful of keeping them open. The dog park is awesome with great dogs and dog owners and everyone here with pets keeps them on leash outside the dog park and cleans up after them consistently. Wish I could stay and would if I didn't have to move a few hours away.

My boyfriend and I have been at this campground for several months now and the kindness the owners and their son have shown us has been wonderful to say the least! We bring our kids (2 six year olds) out here on some weekends and they absolutely love taking our dog to the dog park they have here! The pond with the ducks is also beautiful and peaceful to sit at. The campground is kid friendly and you’ll always see kids outside playing at the basketball goal together. Not only have they shown their kindness and hospitality during thunderstorms that come through but we lost our sweet dog today and Jon (the owners son) made it his mission to contact everyone in the campground,reach out to neighbors around the campground,and look for our sweet boy in this rainy weather! He found our dog down the road after searching an hour in a half in this weather for us ! It was truly a blessing! They go over and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable!

We love this place. Great for kids to run around and have fun. Great for any family time. The atmosphere is beautiful. Wild animals to see. Adorable pond to ride peddle boats. And the owner Michelle is fantastic and so friendly. Thank you for having us and being so welcoming. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a fun weekend with the family.

Lakeland RV Ranch is such a nice place to stay. It is very clean and all the people are so friendly. The owners treat everyone like family and there are fun things to do as well. I will stay here again for sure. Thanks to Michele, Allen, and John for taking such great care of us!

GREAT PARK! Easily one of my best stays! Lake is a stone throw away so be ready to fish! The amount of animals (horses, ducks, alpacas,etc.) create such an abundance of tranquility as well!

Jon, Michele, and everyone on the Lakeland team are so very helpful! These guys are always here for any questions or concerns! Not only that, but this place is so homey. Super peaceful and nice environment to be in!
